Nerthling’s Heating & Air Conditioning

I called Nerthlings for pool heat pump issues. Sadly, it was beyond repair. Kyle was extremely professional and courteous during his stay at our house. I would not hesitate to call Nerthlings again and request Kyle.

The install team arrived on time and completed the AC installation professionally and efficiently. They kept the work area clean and were respectful of our home & family. They answered all questions. Glad to have Nerthling’s working on the HVAC néeds for my home.

Had them come out and do a "Preventative Maintenance" and all checked out okay. Said we should look to get estimate on new furnace. 3 days later furnace was not working. Called again to have them look at it, now its a fee for a new part and furnace still not working. Called owner Dave and he was condescending and said furnace was in need of replacement, but had no problem charging us $307.00 combined for 2 different service calls. When I tried to resolve the issue by telling him I just want my furnace to work and that is what I paid them for he became argumentative and very condescending and said "so its about the money?" Well yes people don't normally pay for a service and get worse than what they had. Especially with you heat. I would NEVER recommend them and went to another company. Everyone beware of this company and practices.

The technician installed a humidifier and an air purification unit on the existing furnace. He was prompt, courteous, and very professional. Before he left, he ensured that I understood how each unit works and what I might need to do with them. Best of all, Nerthling's will register both products for me, keep track of the warranties, and remind me of regular service intervals!

Veronica arrived on time, was very friendly and professional, and did a thorough job with our AC maintenance.

The communication is outstanding! Nothing is hidden everything is explained and quoted. The techs are knowledgeable, polite and helpful. We are so happy with Nerthlings!

Cameron was very friendly and knowledgeable. He checked the furnace over and explained what he did and future options. Changed my filter as well. I would refer him and the company to anyone needing repair work. Will be calling in the spring for an AC check.

Great company. Fast service and very professional. I would definitely recommend this company to my family and friends.

So I bought my home two years ago and was using nerthlings because they had their sticker on my until because they installed it so I used them for routine maintenance. So fast forward two years. My furnace keeps tripping the flame out switch so I call another local provider to do the repair, come to find out that the furnace was not installed level and they used plumbing grade pvc and not schedule 40 as is typical for hvac installs. So long story short not only did my heat exchanger and inducer motorfail but they used unnecessary elbows that were not the correct ones and had a belly of the pipe sagging with no support installed to prevent it from sagging so the condensation isn't draining back to the unit properly.
The worst part is they refuse to do business with me now because I refused to pay a service call visit for something that I fixed and called and canceled my appt, the tech still shows up and tries to charge me for the visit in which they told me what I fixed was exactly what was wrong.
Will not recommend unless you want to get over charged for mediocre service at best.

Dakota did an excellent job. Our furnace went down over the weekend. Dakota responded to our dilemma quickly and effectively. We are very pleased with his professionalism and positive attitude. He is a great asset to the Nerthling team.
