This company and it's staff are truly amazing. From the initial in home consult to installation couldnt ask for an easier process. Very professional staff and easy to talk to. All staff very knowledgeable about every part of heating and air conditioning. Equipment looks and works amazing. You can definitely tell it was equipment that is specifically picked by Nerthlings that will last for years to come. Also very impressed with how streamlined and modern Nerthlings operations are, we truly could not have had a better experience!!

Nerthlings was excellent in every way possible! Clean, friendly, right on time, thorough & answered any questions. We liked that all installers & techs are certified & in the end it all went faster than expected. They left everything in great condition.

The company was wonderful from beginning to end. They were kind on the phone when I called about my AC leaking. They were able to come out quickly to repair it. They even send you a picture of your technician and you can follow their route to know when they arrive. This gave me ample time to put my dog away, so that he would not get in the way. The technician was knowledgeable and efficient. He explained what was wrong and how to fix it. There was no mess left behind. My experience was great and I will definitely use them again.

Very easy to talk too the service was great! He was very informative and thorough! Went over and beyond giving me important facts. Explained how things worked and showed me how to change air filter on furnace. He was here to check and clean furnace and checked my A/C unit outside. My Only issue was the cost and how much your company went up in their service fee from just a few years ago. These higher prices are hard on us retired, single folks. caught me off guard. 😯😟🥺

I called on July 3,2023 and the lady was nice, but told me July 5th is earliest at 8am. I received 2 confirmations and a call from Veronica 15 minutes before arriving. She was very professional and immediately fixed my a/c.

I’m totally satisfied with my experience; John and Mitch were on time, pleasant, and professional. John explained the wall heater and answered my questions succinctly. There was no mess in my home and there were no bad surprises. I am very glad I chose Nerthling’s for my HVAC systems.

Nerthling’s products are good quality and a good value. Veronica was very professional. She took her time, answered my questions and was right on time. I will only use Nerthling’s for my heating and air conditioning needs.

We switched from propane to natural gas. Nerthlings changed our sytem over, installed a heatpump, furnace, electronic air cleaner, hot water tank, condensate pump and new smart thermostat. They could not be more considerate. The new system works great and runs whisper quiet. We will recommend them to family and friends.

Rob was our service technician and I only have good things to say. He showed up on time, was extremely courteous/down to earth, and was able to resolve our issue in roughly 45 minutes. I’ll certainly use Nerthlings again for any future needs.
