Kevin is professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and explains in detail his opinions and how he can or did service an issue.

We had Nerthling's come 3 times to help with our furnace, Nick- trouble shooting/ maintenance, John- furnace estimate, and a few people for installation of a new furnace. All of them were very honest, nice, and respectful and never left a mess. They explained everything in a way that was easy to understand and made the process of figuring out what was wrong and getting a new furnace very easy. We will definitely be recommending Nerthling's to family and friends

Scheduled an appointment to have my house reviewed for a new furnace central air unit and ductwork, took me calling back three times to even get him to show up at my house... was told I would have a quote back within a day or two days after 4 days I called and consequently called six more times every other day and still never got a call back after speaking to someone twice explained that I had not got a call back on a quote. Still to this day have never received a call almost a year later!!! What makes it even better and the reason for this review is they just sent me an email asking me to nominate them for Erie choice awards... Absolutely not!!!
