Had the pleasure of inspection with Brian and he was very professional and helpful with looking over my ductwork for a possible addition of return vent and duct. He helped explain the routes and CFM for airflow and how to make upstairs more comfortable for the summer. I am inclined to have the company come and do tune ups on our HVAC system.

Technician was very courteous and explained everything to me in detail. Excellent customer service.

Our salesman Brian M. was wonderful and very knowledgeable, he definitely knows the heating and AC business. We used O'Brien's twice now and very happy with the product and the service. Our installers were very good, on time, neat, very polite, and didn't leave until we understood had our new system works.

We had them out for an AC install that was quite technical for an old Drexel Hill home and they did a great job. We had two other companies come out but not even give us an estimate due to the level of effort. O’Brien did a great job and were quite professional. My husband made a last minute call to O’Brien Heating & Air Conditioning this morning (he saw their reviews online and this was our first time using them) and the gentleman he spoke to sent someone out right away to us. The technician that helped us was Carson and he was extremely professional and knowledgeable and he diagnosed our problem right away and fixed the issue in no time. While I am an employee of this company, I did recently receive an install from O'Brien and was afforded an opportunity to gain the perspective of a consumer seeking assistance from us. I am very happy to report I was quite impressed and pleased with the work performed, otherwise I simply would not have written anything.

I have two babies at home and the room that was intended to be their nursery has always had issues maintaining a comfortable temperature, so my wife and I needed a solution before moving them in there. It was always too cold in the winter and too warm in the summer. The Operations Manager, Brian, came out and used his vast technical experience to let me know what was possible. Ultimately, we opted for a mini-split to be mounted on the wall.

Three of our technicians, Joe Scarpato, Joe Espada, and Mike Windsor, came out and installed it over the course of two days. I was especially impressed with the cosmetic touches employed to make everything more presentable. The work looks beautiful and, most importantly, the room is very comfortable for our girls. I can now say from a customer's standpoint that I would absolutely recommend this company for your HVAC needs.
