This is such an exceptional team. Matt and his crew have been with our family for over 25 years, and in that time have supported and aided us through emergencies as well with all routine maintenance. Matt Borden has been providing my heating and air conditioning needs for well over 15 years..I am on a company plan that involves a serviceman coming to the house twice a year, cleaning my unit, and making sure all unit parts are in good order. Last year I called about a thermostat problem and Marr sent Juan, the serviceman we know best, over to the house on his way home from work to assess the situation. This favor, which could easily have involved a charge, was caused by a small issue, and was provided at no charge. I called Marr to thank him and he said he was glad to do it. I recommend him and his company
highly.

Matt had installed our original two zone ac some 25 years. When the upstairs until where we sleep finally gave up the ghost he came to the rescue quickly with minimal disruption. His crew was terrific.

When I moved in, my a/c wasn’t cooling my house well. In suspected whoever installed the ductwork did a poor job. Matt and his team came out replaced the ductwork. The result was much improved airflow and my house is cool! The team worked around my schedule, listened to my ideas and were enjoyable to have in my house. They had to delay work at one point because they were taking care of an elderly customer during a heat wave. Personally I see this as a big positive. They never left me without a functioning system during the same heatwave during the improvements.

After nine years of routine maintenance and care, as well as major installations (two zones of whole house a/c, and replacement of hot water heater), I unreservedly recommend this company and all of its staff. Thoroughly professional, caring, knowledgable, responsive, and efficient, with honest and fair labor and equipment costs – fully estimated in advance. My highest endorsement.

We moved into our house 2 years ago with a boiler/radiator system. It worked fine so we never got it serviced until now. I called Borden and they gave me a 2 hour appointment window about a week later. The tech showed up 15 minutes into the window. Our baseboard heater in bathroom was completely turned off, there was a ton of air in our radiators. The tech bled out the air and also showed me how to bleed them and cleaned the unit. Even though its old he didn't try to upsell me on a new one. I was very happy with the service and will call again next year.

Borden installed our HVAC in 2009. Since then the system has been maintained through a service contract with them. I highly recommend this company and its staff for their technical knowledge and professional, courteous, service.
