We used Matt Borden when we bought our house many years ago to replace the heating and air conditioning system. It worked great, and when it came time to replace it, we went to Matt again. His crew comes in as scheduled, keep everything incredibly clean, and finish on schedule. We also have him check the system every 1-2 years to ensure things are running without issue. I highly recommend Matt Borden.

We have been using Borden since we moved to our house 10 1/2 years ago, and they’ve never delivered anything but the best service. They installed two A/C units for us a number of years ago and we haven’t had a single issue with either of them. Additionally, Borden has always done a terrific job keeping on top of our annual heating and A/C maintenance, which is a worry off my mind, and their technicians are uniformly friendly, respectful and competent.

Borden Heating and Cooling has been our "go to" provider for several years. After some less than stellar experiences with other firms in the area when our 8 year old system died we knew we had to get better service and equipment. Enter Borden Heating and Cooling. They installed a new system with better equipment, lower operating costs, and less maintenance. Did I mention at a lower purchase price? Since that time, many years ago, the only repair was to install a new thermostat. regular service is performed every 6 months with filter replacement every second visit. The Service Techs are fully knowledgeable of the systems, are efficient in their service and are always prompt and neat. We could not be happier!

Just had brand new High velocity AC systems (2) installed with new duct work, outside units, outlets, a new return vent added, etc. Everything was done professionally and I was updated the entire way. Our air conditioning has never felt better. Matt was super knowledgeable and knew just how to fix all of our issues and his crew worked quickly and efficiently. I would definitely recommend!

In the beginning of June, just as the weather was starting to feel like summer, our 18 year old central air conditioning unit died. After determining that it wasn’t worth the costly repairs to a system that old, we began getting estimates for a new one. Borden not only gave us a better price than anyone else, their customer service was top of the line. The installers were polite, professional, and efficient. The owner, Matt, made sure that all of our questions were answered, and that we were completely satisfied with the job! As part of their services to us, we have engaged them for a broad range of jobs, as they are our #1 go-to HVAC experts. We have had repairs to heat pump systems, gas furnaces, AC units - additionally, had installations for those systems as well, as well as water gas heaters. We also had instances where we needed help quickly and they were very responsive to help us in a pinch.

Their attention to detail is impeccable - repair and installation work is done with care and obvious attention to detail. It is hard to describe without being able to show you, but their standards are high. You can expect a neat, tidy, clean install - items like wires, tubes, etc. are all neatly arranged and tied down appropriately. They meticulously sealed ducts and connections. It is apparent the team has pride in their work.

The Technicians are all professional, knowledgeable, and friendly professionals that take the time to help you understand what is needed and why. Prices have always been fair, competitive and reasonable - we never felt they were trying to oversell us.
