We had a great experience working with Borden for multiple different HVAC repairs and a water heater replacement. The owner was very responsive and professional, and I felt like we were getting personalized service. The technicians were all very knowledgeable and professional as well, and we hope to be a lifetime customer!

We have been using Matt Borden for at least a decade. Previously we had been using some other company (which I will not name) to install and maintain our systems. That company came out one day to do a repair and told us we needed a whole new system. Not knowing anything about HVAC systems, but knowing how well we maintained them, we doubted that assessment. It was then that we called Matt Borden to get a "second opinion". Matt Borden told us we did not need a new system, made the repair, replacing an inexpensive part. From that point forward we used Matt Borden to maintain our systems and we got at least another seven years out of the existing system! (The previous company was clearly trying to sell us a bill of goods.) When the time finally did came, we had Matt Borden install the new one with which we are very pleased. Matt Borden's crew do great work, they are always friendly, professional and respectful. They have proven themselves to be worthy of our trust and we would (and have) recommend them to everyone!

We have used Borden Heating & Cooling since moving into our house four years ago, initially for maintenance of the legacy systems and then over time for replacement of two HVAC units as well as gas pipe work. It has been a pleasure to work with them. They are responsive, courteous and very competent and efficient. They have been prompt in emergencies, have even helped me troubleshoot over the phone, and have always been very detailed in their explanations of the work they were to carry out. As a bonus, they always leave their workspace cleaner than it was when they arrived. We have had many different service providers in our home for different types job, Borden Heating & Cooling is one of the few I do not hesitate in recommending to others.

I hired Matt to recommend and install a new Heating and Air-conditioning system in my home. It couldn't have gone better. His staff did a great job. Very clean installation, and the system is prefect for our home. Since then they have diligently serviced the systems and made sure they continue to work perfectly. His price was very competitive and he selected the perfect equipment for the install. I would recommend them to anyone, and would certainly use them again.
