They were the company assigned by my warranty company. The tech was awesome and the job was done on schedule as promised.

Our air recently needed to be replaced, JG Services was very helpful, they made us aware of our options for fixing our product and our replacement options - The turn around was quick and professional I would use them again, and I would be sure to recommend them to family and friends.

an appointment that was supposed to be within 2 days for failing heater took over 10 days, and then they wanted us to wait around all day for an "early appointment" that would have their arrival time anywhere up to 2pm. cancelled and called someone else

They installed a brand new AC unit. The first time we tried to use it, and ever since, it has not worked correctly. We contacted them for help but we're told it would cost $115 for the first hour despite the system clearly not being installed correctly. Avoid these guys like the plague.

AHS warranty company assign this company to do my A/C work and whenever I call them, Receptionist never know anything ( worst ever )and say Patrick is only one who can answer the question and no one else . When I call, he is always OOO. She always say that, he will call back but no call back.
