Been doing business with CHF for a few months now. Always quick to respond to emails and calls, and offers great advice!

I have never written a review before but feel compelled to warn anyone who decides to use this company. We called them to repair our AC. They said they would come out, make a diagnosis and fix the problem. I would be charged for the diagnosis and the repair. They claimed it was a faulty board, changed it, insisted the AC was working, asked to be paid and left. It didn’t work. I kept calling them for a week, they did not respond. Then they said maybe the Nest switch needed to be changed and that I would have to pay for a new one, regardless of whether it solved the problem or not.
I chose to go with another company rather than keep paying them while they tried to guess what the problem was and charging me.
They are rude and aggressive and I felt threatened. Maybe they felt they could get away with this unprofessional behavior because we are an older couple
