RIPPED US OFF BIG TIME!!! Price gougers on an epic scale. NEVER EVER EVER AGAIN! Our furnace went out during a cold snap, they told us the technician would be $150/ hour on a Sunday. Alright. It turned out to be pretty straightforward, and our technician was friendly and efficient. But, they had to replace the Hot Surface (a $15 part on the internet, probably $25 locally) and they charged us $249 for one!?!?!?!?!?! Screw you guys, I'm going home!

We own a restaurant and our a/c recently stopped working. We immediately entered into panic mode. We called another business we know for referral and they gave us the name of D&R Heating in Tigard. We called them and they were extremely courteous. Our a/c was fixed without delay. We would use their business again if needed in the future and would recommend to everyone we know. Thank you guys!

They arrived on time and quickly diagnosed the problem.. a failed capacitor, which causes the motor to stall. The only bad part of the experience was being charged $159 for a part worth $15. When added to the $150 service charge it was a real hit for a senior citizen, but when the temperature was near 100 degrees, what can you do?

I will never use this place again. Their dispatcher Amy is very snotty and pushy. She talks to you with an attitude. If this is the type of person I will have to deal with I would rather take my business elsewhere. Reading your reviews I think it’s funny that she gives her self a rating. I don’t think the owner of the company should not allow its employees to write there own reviews to give false ratings. What are you really trying to hide?You have lost my business and I have been dealing with you since Sellwood and even stayed on with your move to Tigard. I tried but your dispatcher is too rude for me. Good Luck!

Nate is the guy. He saw the install through from beginning to end. I had some issues with the initial install and he came out and made it better and now I am a very satisfied customer and would recommend them highly. Great customer service and follow through.

Loved this company! Very fast turnaround in getting out to the job, reliable, great communication with everyone in the company and very fair prices. I was impressed!

Complete bait & switch! They have this $59 promotion in Groupon (cleaning, inspection, and service for furnace) to get people hooked in. So I gave them a call and setup an appointment. Right when they pulled in my house, the driver stayed in the van while the other one knocked on my front door. FIRST thing that came out of his mouth was “is you AC working properly? Because if not, that’s a “call service” which cost $119.” ARE YOU SERIOUS? CLEARLY, they want to GET MORE MONEY from the start! He hasn’t even been inside the house yet! I asked “I though that was part of an inspection?” And he said “NO, that’s a different thing.” I told him that the AC is not blowing cold air maybe it needs a new filter, cleaning or something. Can he just do what the GROUPON says. He went back to the van to “consult” with his partner.. who stayed in the van the whole time. He came back with a tester to see if the AC is blowing air in which he said “I can already tell there’s something wrong with the AC.” He refused to do anything else UNLESS he collects the $119!! And I said “forget it.” He even TRIED to collect the $59 Groupon fee for DOING NOTHING!! What a nerve! I said HELL NO. WHY WOULD I pay for something you REFUSED TO DO?! For doing NOTHING! This company is something else! STAY AWAY! it’s BAIT AND SWITCH! Using Groupon to get leads and then increase the price!!

I was driving on 205, the driver in van with license plate 232 hrc cut me of nearly side swiping my truck... he proceeded to slam on brakes... almost causing a collision on the freway. I'd advise to stay away from this company. Seems like they have some hot headed employees who have no regard for public safety or professionalism

Excellent work. With an older house, with plenty of tricky problems, they were absolutely first rate.
