Thank you so much to D&R for taking care of our us. Our AC went out- The initial inspection was next day, the replacement was right on schedule and took half a day. They were on time and cleaned up well. In addition to excellent work, the customer service was over the top. With a 95 degree day quickly approaching, they got out to our house Friday in order to ensure we didn’t have to deal with the heat with our newborn over the weekend. They were always available, kind, and even supported our battle with our home warranty. I highly recommend them for all the services they offer. Thanks again to you all.

D&R was so great to work with! So responsive to my questions & concerns (I had many). They even allowed me to text pictures back & forth with my questions. Gorge & Jeff were on time, very polite & courteous & completely cleaned up after my new furnace was installed. They even noticed one of my existing pipes for my AC was installed backwards & fixed it at no charge. I’m so glad I chose D&R to buy our furnace from & I highly recommend them to others; you’ll be happy you did.

I called D & R yesterday morning on behalf of our tenants. Our HVAC system had been acting up for weeks. The husband had just gotten out of the hospital after a bad fall. We were heading into a hot weekend, so not a great situation. Rick called that afternoon and said they could squeeze us in by the end of the day, which was a total surprise. The system is fixed. We had a gas furnace installed by D&R 8 years ago. They did a good job. I called them again when our old A/C went out. They came right out and fixed it. Again, everything went fine. They don't advertise all over like the other companies.

D&R provided professional service and installation of a new Lennox furnace and ADP indoor coil. They were able to do the complete installation within 10 days after our old furnace stopped working and needed replacement. The two-man crew worked tirelessly all day to finish the job so we had heat again in our house. Everyone we met and talked to by phone was friendly and courteous. We received a good price and the new Lennox furnace is doing a great job heating our home. We would highly recommend this wonderful company! (It should be noted that D&R is a Premier Lennox Dealer)

Very pleased with D & R Heating & Air on our new AC install. Out of four proposals they had the best price and schedule. The work was good quality and professional. Now looking forward to using our new AC this summer. Will use them again on any of our service and HVAC needs.

D & R did a great job running new heat ducts after moisture weighted and crashed the original ones down. They worked us into the schedule quickly and emailed us pictures with the finished job. They were officiant, on time, tidy and used good quality materials. Price was fair.

What a great team. Mason and Greg installed my new furnace. They were on time, friendly and did an excellent job. Jorge came a couple of days later to fix a pesky condensation leak. Everyone left the job site clean and tidy. I highly recommend D&R for value and service.

Within a 3 month span, D&R installed a new AC unit and a new Furnace for us. They are very responsive and was a great value compared to other companies that also quoted us out. The AC unit install went very smooth, the furnace had some issues and D&R was very supportive and responsive during the whole issue (the blower motor had a defect and needed to be replaced). D&R quickly found the issue and had a new one installed for us within just a few days. They never questioned anything and it's clear their focus is doing what is right and taking care of the customer, it was a great feeling. I highly recommend their work. All in all, they installed a Lennox AC unit, Lennox Furnace, and an Ecobee thermostat - very happy with it all.
