For a quick summary, I had to call them back twice and the job was never done correctly either time. They upsell the services with superficial cleaning. Most home owners will not go through the attention to detail to over see the service and make sure they are getting their moneys worth.

Excellent and thorough service! Smelled a dead animal coming through my house's ducts, and when I called Best Solution Services (on a Sunday), Mike said they could come that afternoon. Turned out the crawl space below the house was full of rodent excrement and dried out bodies. Mike's team not only cleaned the ducts and vents, they then spent a couple more hours cleaning and relining the entire crawl space below the house. His price was beyond fair. But then . . .

That night I could still smell the dead rodent, so, Mike came back the following day and his men hunted under the house until they found a dead rat inside the insulation. Once they removed it the smell was gone.

Mike and his team follow through and are devoted to quality and customer satisfaction. Highly recommend!

We had Mike and his crew clean our air ducts, dryer vent, and furnace in a townhouse that had not been cleaned in who knows how long. He was transparent with pricing over the phone and was able to schedule us for the next day. He showed up with a 5-person crew, evaluated the situation, explained the pricing clearly, and they got to work. They were in and out in about 45 minutes and everything was cleaned up and reset just as it had been before! He was also able to reach out dryer vent access from outside which is about two stories up, that was great. His crew was very organized and professional. I appreciated that they all wore shoe covers and face masks. We'll definitely have him back in the future for maintenance!

Mike and his team went above and beyond to clean my dryer vent and install a bird guard on my vent that had a bird nesting in it. I had a tricky situation with my vent location and Mike did everything he could to do the job right. Honest, hard working, family company.

Incredible experience! Full crew was there within 2 hours of calling. In and out in one hour
with full vent brushing, dryer vent... the works! Owner was great so willing to work with us. Can't recommend highly enough!!

Michael did an awesome job in cleaning all the ducts, dryer vent, exhaust vents in all bathrooms and laundry room. Highly recommend this company.

Be warned!! This company practices high pressure up-sell. The groupon just covers "vacuuming" and the owner will try to convince that you need "vent brushing" at $25 additional for each register. Then you might need "furnace cleaning" (costs more than $100). I didn't like the whole experience! Whatever you decide to let them do, skip the furnace cleaning; it's not worth the money since they don't/can't clean the blower.
