Super friendly. Mike walked me through each vent and showed the before and after pictures. I requested if they would be careful on the wood floor since we just had them done. Mike and his cousin were professional and efficient. They did an absolutely wonderful job for us cleaning the vents. He was fully booked until March but fit us into his busy schedule because my dryer wasn’t working efficiently because of the vent. Mike even helped my husband and replaced a light bulb for us. We will definitely call them back next time we need this service.

They got me scheduled quickly and arrived right on time. A crew of 3 went to work right away. They were very professional and worked quickly and thoroughly. The price was in line with the market, but fair for the vacuuming, brushing and furnace cleaning. They do sell a cheaper service, but I knew I needed more that a basic level of vacuuming. So, when they upsold me, I wasn't surprised. But we negotiated a bit and they kept it reasonable. They were in and out in a little over an hour for a 12-15 duct house. Overall, I'm happy.

These guys are honest, friendly and professional! They were very transparent about what they were doing and when they saw an issue the first time they came, they immediately brought it to our attention and said that until we got it fixed it would be pointless to have them do anything. They scheduled us again before our Groupon expired and explained the extra costs if we wanted to have a deeper cleaning. We greatly appreciate their approach to business and customer satisfaction. We will without a doubt return to them yearly for our vent cleaning and would highly recommend them to others.
