They arrived early! Dispatch called when they were 25 minutes away.
The guys used shoes covers and were clean & neat. No messes to clean up after like some who came out in the past.
It took less than an hour. We needed brush cleaning but were only surprised by the number of vents we have here. They let us know before setting the appointment what the cost was per vent.
I will be calling them first next year. Wonderful job! Air feels cleaner already.

I had never had my ducts cleaned so when Nadav asked over the phone, I said his team worked well. I didn’t know what to expect. I felt like they rushed and finished in no time. I’ve heard from other people that you should get to see what was in your vents. I asked but they didn’t allow me to see. I was hoping to find a couple of my missing jewelry pieces in there.
I purchased a Groupon for $40 but in addition I ended up paying an additional $450 through check. Nadav said that it was because we needed the brushing, heater and furnace cleaning. We thought “ok, as long as the job is done”. A few weeks later my furnace stops working. We hired a different company to come check it out, who by the way did a great job and took us through the process. Anyway, we found out our furnace had not been cleaned. Unfortunately we didn’t take pictures but it was filthy. I was very disappointed and felt ripped off. Who knows what else they didn’t clean. Our fault too for not supervising the job. Will never hire Best Solutions again.

Nadav and his team were in and out of my house in less than 30 minutes. They were extremely efficient, courteous, clean, and friendly. It was an amazing experience, they came the same day i called for a quote. Extremely satisfied with their work and efficiency. Would absolutely recommend and will use their services again.

Amazing Services. He did an amazing job. We can tell the difference with all the vent are now clean and shiny. The Crew was very professional and on point.They did it fast and very professional. Highly recommended. We even book the yearly duct cleaning with this company after the well done job they did today.

Mike and Nadav did a fabulous job cleaning our vents. Mike explained everything very well. There were no hidden costs. They are honest and hard working and they work very fast and efficiently. I highly recommend them. I can’t say enough good things about the service that was provided.

I purchased this service about 2 months ago and there was a lot of issues for me with them.
1. They showed up 2 hours earlier that expected.
2. They scuffed my new floors and my walls.
3. They unscrewed and moved my garage sink (that also connected to my washing machine) to clean my furnace, but they never put it back and I had a lot of water running through my garage. They came back the next day to fix it...
4. I had asked them if it was going to get dusty (since obviously they were cleaning out the air ducts) and because i wanted to cover up some things (my bed, sinks, etc). But they said they would be clean about it and it wouldn't get dusty. But it got very dusty and I had to clean a lot afterwards.
5. I bought a groupon for this service, then I spoke with someone named Mike on the phone who said it would be $300 total. After the service, he still tried to get me to give him the $50 groupon (so total would come out to be $350), but i had already cancelled it.
The service just seemed very rushed, and felt like they were trying to scam me in the end.

Nadav and his crew did a great job and cleaned up after themselves very well. They showed up a little early, but called first. Very efficient crew, and very thorough! Great price for all their work!

Techs arrived in a company van, wearing company labeled shirts, put on booties before coming in. They did a thorough evaluation of ducts and had me speak with the office for a quote. They did a fast, efficient job with our dirty vents and furnace. Would recommend!

Had my air ducts cleaned and the team was professional, had good communication and was extremely fast. They were able to schedule me for the same week, and completed the cleaning in 30 minutes. Extremely pleased.

Michael was able to fit my into his daily schedule the same day I called. The entire crew were VERY fast and efficient at what they do as well as being very courteous to our belongings. I know we got really lucky to receive the service same day but you gotta love a contractor with that sort of work ethic and hustle. I would recommend Best Solutions to anyone that hasn’t had their HVAC system cleaned in a while, they offer a fair price and good quality work.
