Some thoughts for potential customers to consider based upon my experience that left me feeling like I may have not got my monies worth from this HVAC cleaning company:
1.) Lack of a pre-work assessment of necessity of duct cleaning using a brush which added costs. I was told that the ducts would be inspected before the brushing. I was given no info as to the condition of the ducts other than they need brushing. After the job was completed, the foreman/owner, who talks very very fast, gave no info/evidence of their cleaining efforts ie could have opened up collection cannister, which was about the size of a large 3x3 ft shop vac, and showed me the results of their labors.
2.) Though there website inferred they use updated/modern equipment, their flex duct brushes appeared worn and extend only 8 ft. when attached to what looked like a standard cordless drill. It is hard to imagine that all the duct surfaces in my 2000 sq ft house were satisfactorily brushed using this method. And as noted above, the return flow vacuum system looked undersized to extract all of the debris that may (or may not) have been loosened.
3.) No office receptionist-all calls answered by owner who wanted to do the job within hours after the initial call.
4.) No written documentation/receipt or check-list of the services provided. They rushed the process and did not go that extra mile to see if I had any questions. Receipt for services is a standard business practice. They did not meet that standard.
5.) Pushed to provide other services for additional charges ie dryer vent, basement storage area.
6.) And in the spirit of disclosure, they do not appear to be registered by the Oregon BBB.

There were a few good points: 1.) They came with a crew of 4 and completed the job in 45 minutes! (Makes me ? thoroughness) 2.) Had weekend availability.

In conclusion, I spent north of $500 for this service and I am not sure I got my monies worth. In retrospect, I would choose a different company that was registered with the BBB that communicates more effectively than this company.

These guys were great! We had them clean our vents and they charged a really fair rate (certainly less than the other places we called), they worked super FAST, and they were very thorough. They even showed up the same day that I called to schedule it. Nadav and his crew got a ton of stuff out of the vents, it was impressive.

They were very nice and respectful, and I felt comfortable with the whole crew in the house. They had masks on and shoe coverings which I appreciated as well. They also took some time to explain what was going on and show us their progress.

When you call, don’t be thrown if they talk fast or seem eager to get to work -- they’re not pushy, just efficient!!

The experience felt very bum rushed as soon as they arrived. A crew of four scattered into my home as soon as I opened the door so the feeling was intrusive. I expected to show them where vents were so they could explain their process. Instead I had to ask them what they were doing and was hard to keep track of everyone. Was also up charged for vacuuming inside furnace which in my opinion should have been part of the deal. I ended up paying $379 for 6 vents, 2 returns, and the inside of the furnace. Seems a little steep. I’m not even sure how well the job was completed or how bad it was needed. The only issue that was shown to me, because I asked them to show me, was in the furnace which did need vacuuming for sure. Was it worth an extra $79 when we had already agreed on $300? I don’t know. I just wanted these guys to be done and out. The crew was very nice, but their crew lead and the guy who scheduled the work were VERY pushy.

They came out very promptly and took care of everything very professionally. Very quick and courteous. We would recommend them to anyone!

Mike & his guys did a great job. He was one of the only honest people who looked at my crawlspace & gave me an accurate assessment of what it really needed.

They removed my old insulation & vapor barrier, hauled it away & installed new, cleaned my ducts & changed the air filter in my furnace. He was patient with me and thoroughly went over pricing and materials.

Outright fraudulent. Took a Groupon coupon and after arrival I was told that vents need to be cleaned with a brush. Charged a lot more money . Very pushy for upgrading service to charge even more. Stay away!

Charged my tenants directly for services that I didn't authorize, and then never refunded the money that I had already paid. They essentially double-charged me. Very shady business practices!

Great company, very professional and on time! Always do a great job for us and very affordable too! Highly recommend!!

They were able to get me a same-day appointment. About an hour after I called, four men, dressed in black, piled out of a van. After a quick walk-through assessment, the 'duct ninjas' jumped into action. The crew of four busted out my two-story home in under an hour; that included intakes, furnace, bath fans and 17 vents. Before & After photos showed vast improvement. Nadav and his crew were professional, thorough, courteous and quick!

tried to redeem 2 groupon vouchers for services when they arrived they asked how old furnace was and then told me they I needed to have ducts brushed for a fee of$499 extra and that they would not inspect and tune up furnace or clean my ducts without me having the brush work done also. I said well do the best you can but they would not. My furnace has had yearly checks and they said to cancel my order but I had already paid them and was unable to get a refund. Total rip off. I should have been told that services would not be done if they felt brushing was needed. I was lead to believe if I wanted ducts brushed it would be additional cost but never I had to do it and no refund for failing to shell out extra $499. for a coupon I paid $62. Bad business practice. I felt pressured and cornered also being a senior citizen felt they were trying to take advantage of a old lady .
