D & R installed a new Heatpump for our home. I am happy with the communication, service and professionalism of. D & R and would recommend them.

I hired D&R to do regular Furnace Maintenance on a forced air gas Trane furnace with one week lead time. Then a renter applied to lease and needed to move in 3 days after their application was approved. I called them with my challenge and they moved the appointment to SAME DAY. Wow! This is spectacular customer service and very much appreciated. Thank you for coming through!

Had these folks come out yesterday and do a service and clean up of my furnace. A guy named Ricardo was my technician. The guy was extremely professional. He was helpful in the sense that he gave me a few pointers on what to do with my furnace and even mentioned a few safety related things around my furnace area because I have kids. The furnace was in good condition so I don't think I'll be seeing Ricardo any time soon. But it was a pleasure having him work on my furnace and I would definitely call these guys again for any future work.

These folks are wonderful to work with. Very nice people, responsive, reliable, knowledgeable on residential boilers, and provides great communication and reminders.

Fantastic service, prompt arrival and execution, and a friendly smile. These guys are amazing. Fixed our broken AC in no time flat and the cost was very affordable. I've never worked with a better A/C company. Would recommend. 5 stars.

We bid out our complete HVAC overhaul and decided to go with D&R Heating. Our system install was complicated with dual zones, American Standard variable speed furnace and heat pump. Everyone I dealt with at D&R was top notch, polite and respectful. The job took a bit longer than planned due to the complexity of the install. D&R made sure the team was here to get it completed correctly and to our standards. There was no cutting corners just to get the job done. They even came back to add an extra upstairs return to help with overall air flow. We couldn’t be happier and are looking forward to 90 degree weather so we can enjoy comfortable 72 degree temperatures downstairs AND upstairs.

So at first our experience was awesome. Gary heintz and a partner are the ones that installed our furnace and a/c. We got Gary as a recommendation. After everything was installed and done we were so happy! We love in an old house and he had stated how he will never do one again and I didn't blame him. We know it can be hard it's very old. then we started having some issues with our a/c and Gary came out every time until the issue was fixed! So it has all been great for about 5 years besides me trying to reach out with just simple questions and never EVER hear back but I assumed cause he never wanted to see this house again after the a/c issue. So the other night I come home from work and notice the house is cold as are my kids so my husband and I go under the house to look maybe can fix it but since I couldnt get a hold of anyone I didn't AND still dont know where the pilot light is we were hoping that was the easy issue. Ok so called Gary sunday morning left a message about the pilot light then called D&R of course they were closed on sunday and it wasn't an emergency YET. NO ONE EVER CALLED ME BACK! still nothing and that was 2 weeks ago. We loved the work and would love to reccomend this place but if ur house is to old then probably not. 🙁

We had the pleasure of working with this company to install a new heat pump and my husband and I couldn't be happier with how fast and efficient Justin and his crew were. From coming out to give us a quote and the installation, it was a matter of 3-4 days total and everything was done!!! Awesome service! Thanks guys!

What a wonderful experience with a business. Everyone from the dispatchers to the installers were awesome to work with. Professional, punctual and pleasant are the three P's of my business. This company nailed all three. Way to go.
