D & R Heating and Air installed a new Lennox AC and Heating system in my home. The whole experience was extremely positive. The job estimate was provided that same day and it was the most competitive, saving me thousands of dollars. The installers were professional, courteous, and very quick. The responsiveness from the office staff was superb! Quality of their work is second to none. I would highly recommend D & R Heating and Air!!!

Juan was able to come out the next day after calling and texting with Janet form D & R and do our new AC estimate. We decided the next day to go with them and they were able to install the Lennox AC system the next week. That night we had cold air blowing through our vents. Juan, Jorge and Ryan were very professional and efficient. The installation was very clean professional. Paying the bill online was simple and easy. I will recommend D & R to everyone.

Jeff was fantastic! He contacted me prior to coming out to my home, and he showed up when he said he would show up! He was also very professional, friendly, and efficient in his work! Jeff confirmed my work order, and explained what he had done after the work was completed (in a timely matter). He was very thorough, and cleaned up after the job! I would recommend him highly!

I replaced my ancient gas furnace two years ago and added central air at that time. Everyone that I have worked with at D & R have been professional and a pleasure to work with.

I had a furnace circuit board problem near the end of my warranty period and Chris came out and took care of it quickly and it has been running flawlessly since then.

I signed up for the Spring and Fall maintenance and look forward to the visit to make sure my equipment is running at peak efficiency. I am a small business owner and know good customer service when I receive it. Having quality employees like Chris, that are knowledgeable and seem to enjoy their work is a huge plus.

D & R Heating & Air is a quality organization. I sent in an online request for service and first thing the next morning Rick called and setup an appointment. Their pricing was competitive and straight forward.They did not upsell anything. When Chris the technician showed up he was on time and professional.Chris quickly diagnosed the problem and repaired it. These guys are the BEST!

We chose D&R because they had an acceptable home visit rate and they were available sooner than the other ten or so placed I called. Our tech was Chris, he was professional and obliged us as we asked questions. Our issue didn't get resolved that day unfortunately, so we called later that evening and Chris came back first thing in the morning the following day and got everything fixed. Would recommend.

If I could give this place 10 stars I would. Rick the service manager was extremely responsive in calling me right back and more helpful than anyone I have encountered during this heatwave. Our AC went out and I was babysitting our grandson and I was worried about him being in a hot house,well D&R heating and Air to the rescue. They sent a very professional and competent technician named Chris out and he fixed us right up. I honestly can't thank them enough, they are now my go to for all my HVAC needs. If you're in need you should give these guys a try first, you will not be sorry.

Service person was not able to resolve the issue but I was still charged for the service call. I should have been given a discount, especially because I solved the problem the next day. Other than that, these guys seem like nice people.

What a remarkable service this company gives. Prompt response, personable staff, and great work done. Second time I’ve needed service, and both for the A/C this summer, and the heater this winter. I can only say “WOW!” Prompt repair!!!
