Do you remember what customer service feels like? Oh my gosh, BHC hit a grand slam. We have two rental properties. When tenants call, I jump to make sure everything is fixed FAST! (You have to keep fantastic tenants happy is my motto) BHC was there in 24hr and fixed it PERFECTLY. Communications is so important to me and again, I received a call and text from service manager and technician at the job. I feel like the deep freeze of Covid has broke its dam, and fantastic customer service is back again! Thanks BHC. I have no idea who these people are and I have zero financial incentives in my reviews. I just want you all to know this company is the real deal.

Called for our annual heat pump tuneup and Best was able to schedule us the next day. Ken arrived on time, serviced our unit and explained all the features on our thermostat. It was a real pleasure dealing with Ken, we'll use Best again next year for the annual service.
