Called in for an ongoing issue since install by a competing company. Justin was very professional, nice and cordial. He troubleshot the problem I was having of my heat pump icing up outside. He was able to find the problem with some of the original wiring and seemed to fix the issue now allowing the heat pump to go into defrost mode, which it has never done. He was very fair on the price and was assured his diagnosis will fix the issue. I would highly recommend this company based on my interaction with them.

Ounce again best heating and cooling has done an outstanding job. Ande made the install coordination a very easy process. We had a carrier mini split heat pump installed with two heads. Chuck and jose’ did a professional job from start to finish. Our old free standing gas stove is gone and our new carrier system is running great. Thanks again for job well done!

The technician who helped me was personable and professional. They quickly diagnosed and repaired my furnace. The prices they charge are fair and they are very nice. Most importantly, I trust them to be honest in their assessments and recommendations.

I was able to quickly schedule an appointment. I was notified with a text and email when a technician was on their way. Text included picture of technician along with his name so I knew exactly who was going to provide service. Technician was friendly and informed me of everything that they were doing. These guys SHOW UP! Work hard to find the exact problem. Gave options and while ordering parts, lent me a universal blower motor. Kept my family from dying of heat exhaustion this last weekend. Came and replaced the one part, resolving this issue. Not needing the additional part, but had it order and on hand just in case they did.
