Best Heating & Cooling

Chris did a great job! Found what was causing my main problem, but then went on to take readings on the whole system, tightened up the vents, etc. so that I now have the best air circulation ever. Very personable and willing to listen without patronizing; tried for new solutions to queries I had about handling the system. The company is smart to have someone like him to solve our problems.

We asked Kirby from Best if he could come by look at our existing HVAC system and give us an idea what it would take to upgrade and add AC. Kirby was on time for the appointment, spent time looking at everything. He explained some different options, took time to explain the different systems and what would be needed. We asked Kirby if he could give us some estimates on the various systems he explained to us. Kirby was the only HVAC person to take time to work on estimates, email the estimates and included more information on the various system's we discussed. Yes we will be working with Kirby, he is knowledgeable, professional, timely, and listens very well to the needs of the customer.

Ken was very professional and did an outstanding and thorough job!
Making an appointment was super easy and Best kept us informed about our appointment and texted a pic of service tech when he was on his way. I highly recommend Best Heating and Cooling.

Chris went above and beyond to make sure our heating system was working in this cold weather. He walked a quarter mile up our driveway in the snow and ice because the van could not get up our driveway. A very personable man to have in your home.

Great service and very thorough in their work. They installed our system last year and annual maintenance this year. We would definitely hire them again.

I had a air conditioner and furnace installed and couldn't be happier. Everything was done on time and professionally. Everything installed works great. They gave us a great deal on what we purchased. I have used best heating and air in the past to service our old furnace that we finally replaced and they were very responsive with servicing the unit the same day. They never left us hanging. I recommend best heating and air for your HV/AC needs.

Kirby and his team were Very professional. They answered all of our questions and were courteous, and cleaned up the property when they were finished.
