Ken was very patient in answering my questions. My issue had to do with determining if the heating system or the standby generator was at fault for causing the generator to stop. Because he has knowledge of both generators and heating systems, I felt comfortable with his solution. Ken provided an inexpensive remedy so that my house could continue to receive heat during electrical interruptions without overloading the amperage of the generator.

Best figured out our heating problems where other companies couldn't figure out the problem at all. When the new parts were installed they came back to adjust the regulater, working great know. Thank you Ken.
