Best Heating & Cooling

Kent from Best Heating and Cooling is my go to guy! He not only works on our decatron but after having another company come out and try to fix our pool for a week he was able to come in and get it handled in a day! always quick always wonderful!

My failing furnace needed a replacement. I called a few companies to give me estimates. Kirby Loewen from Best Heating & Cooling company gave me what we needed and even more. We ended up signing a contract for installation of new furnace plus to add central air-conditioning system to our house. Kirby was so knowledgeable, convincing and professional that we did not hesitate to accept his offer very next day. Great service so far. Will see after they install the system, but I am sure it will be perfect since 2 of my friends already used their service and they are very happy.

Update 01/01/2021: Finally, everything is done and working great. Ken Currey made final adjustments and installed zoning board, which allowed us to control temperature in our house from 2 different locations. Great company, service, which I would recommend to everybody!

Update 01/31/2021: It's been one year since new Furnace and AC installation. Everything worked flawlessly. Today Best Heating & Colling sent a technician to check the system and do the 1st year maintenance including air filter change. Most pleasantly they did it for free. It was Ken my favorite technician. He is very knowledgeable, professional and patiently answers all my questions.

Jeremy was great and fast. Custom made a drain pan and had it installed in minutes. Will definitely be using these guys for normal service and upgrades in the future.

Chris was very respectful and nice to talk to and he got our heat back on very quickly. He explained to me clearly what had happened and even showed me the part that was broken. He was also able to set me up with an appointment for someone to come out and look at options with me on a replacement for our system because it is 23 years old, BEST heating and cooling has always taken care of it for us and has always done an outstanding job. which i assume is why it has lasted beyond its lifetime!! This was my second experience hiring Best Heating & Cooling. They are wonderful with keeping you up to date on their timing within the window given. I love that they text not only that someone's on the way, but exactly who is coming with their photo.

I had them move my thermostats to help with keeping my house more evenly heated. They were quick and thorough and also gave me some tips on better settings to keep things less stratified.
