Best Heating & Cooling

I ordered a ductless heater, furnace and air conditioner. All 3 were delivered within the time frame they stated. All were installed in a timely manner & the work area left very clean. It was a pleasure working with everyone from Best. I will definitely use them again.

Super quick and exceptional service. Chris was awesome. Was able to check my system and see it was under warranty still, allowing me to get higher quality OEM parts and not lower quality part my home warranty would have used. Definitely looks out for their customers. Will use them again and for my annual check ups.

Malcolm & Blake came to install our new heat pump on July 7. They were prompt, insisted on wearing shoe coverings (even though they were inside and out about 500 times), professional, friendly and informative. We wouldn't recommend any other business.

Chris arrived during the predicted time. Took care of the drain problem and checked the other 2 units to be sure there was no blockage. Determined the unit was low on coolant so he added 3 pounds. He advised that if it stops cooling again we probably have a leak in the unit. Chris has been our technician from the start of our maintenance agreement with Best. We have had a different technician the last two times and was glad to welcome Chris back. Very knowledgeable and efficient. We hope to see him back for our next service appointment.

Our AC went out on the hottest day in Oregon history!!! We called BEST at 8am on Sunday morning. Darian called back , he was at our house by 9:15 and had the AC fixed by 9:30!!! Thank you Darian and BEST! We appreciate the excellent service, rapid response and Darian was very professional!!!

BEST is THE BEST!!! We really were not planning to replace our heating and cooling system, but during our maintenance checkup it was recommended that we replace our system that we purchased about 25 years ago...from BEST. We are so glad we did it before something bad happened. Everyone is so great to work with...the installers, the office, and the maintenance staff were very knowledgeable and helpful.
