AAA has great sales people, product and service. They installed our new furnace a year ago and we've had no issues. We decided to purchase their recommended one year inspection and service, and the technician Phalen was thorough and profesional. Highly recommend.

Sean and Stephanie did an outstanding job cleaning the ductwork in my home. They were very friendly and informative, answering all my questions and concerns. My home smells much better and my furnace seems to run stronger and more efficiently.

Called for furnace maintenance. Scheduling with Kristen in the office was very clear and easy. Phalen was punctual and professional when he arrived. I had good communication with AAA during the whole process and always felt well-informed of the work being done.

Both sales and installers displayed professionalism, courtesy and a sense of urgency when discussing furnace, air conditioning and water heater alternatives. Installed all three units without any mess/debris to clean up! Very pleased with all personnel involved. Highly recommended!

We have used AAA Heating & Cooling for over twenty years and have always found them to be an outstanding business: responsive, loyal to us as repeat customers as we are to them, very efficient and thorough. This time Adam and Tyler came to perform HVAC duct and vent cleaning, along with our dryer vent as well. Both Adam and Tyler were very courteous and professional throughout what is of necessity a disruptive job, since it entails visiting every room in the house. They did a fine job, well up to the standards we have come to expect over more than twenty years of service from AAA. We continue to recommend AAA Heating & Cooling without reservation.

P.S. to Adam & Tyler's foreman: the older truck you send these guys out on needs a 10' ladder to reach higher return vents such as ours. The 6' ladder currently on the truck just won't do; it's not safe and we don't like seeing your guys having to work with it. And they didn't ask me to say this; I'm just looking out for them.

Sean and Stephanie were here to clean our ducts and did a great job. We're new homeowners and it had been some time since the last cleaning, but I'm very pleased with the work they did. They were on time and efficient and clear about what we could do to improve the performance of our HVAC system. I would definitely recommend them to others.

Josh James was professional, friendly and really explained the process of the work that was done. He answered my questions without hesitation. The unit was installed in a timely manner and he cleaned up the work area beautifully. He did an excellent job which is a good representation of the company.

I had them out for routine maintenance on my furnace to change the filter and provide a routine assessment of my furnace. Despite my unit operating seemingly with no issues, the service tech advised that my unit had a blocked heat exchanger and required replacement at over $8k. I got a second assessment done by another company who advised that the unit was fine and there was no indication of a block of the heat exchanger. I strongly recommend that anyone receiving a recommendation for an expensive replacement by AAA get a second opinion to validate the system is no longer serviceable.

We had a regularly scheduled furnace servicing recently and were unfortunately told that one of our furnace parts had a hole and needed to be replaced or repaired. We opted for a replacement. Although we were not thrilled with going without heat for a week, everyone we worked with at AAA was professional and pleasant. I don't recall all the people that worked with us, but most recently, Josh and his partner did our installations and then Tyler and Adam followed up for our vent cleaning. They were friendly, clean, and professional. We made the mistake of choosing a cheaper option when our furnace died last time and it didn't make it over 10 years.
