My ac went out and I was able to get an appointment the same day. Within a few hours Tyler arrived. He is an excellent technician and was very patient with my curious dogs. Tyler communicated every step in fixing my ac and was professional.

This is an extraordinary team of professionals who are helpful, generous with their time, patient, & honest. No inflated pricing or nonsense. AAA's team helped Oaks Pioneer Chapel when our AC went out during the first hot week of summer when no one else was available! We could not have been more satisfied with their services and helpfulness! Highly recommend!

Phalen assisted with our AC maintenance today. He went above and beyond cleaning the unit and confirmed even though it is at end of its estimated lifespan it still ran well and he provided tips to keep it in shape. He also assisted with replacing our furnace filter and provided some helpful info if/when we need AC and Furnace replacement. Very satisfied!! We regularly use AAA Heating and Cooling and would recommend others to do so too!

Our heater went out during one of the coldest weeks of the year, and the AAA team was super responsive and helpful. The scheduler was courteous and got us on the schedule right away and Andrew, the tech who came out, was amazing. He not only walked me through and clearly showed me the parts that were causing the issue, he also made it work to go right out and get the parts and came right back for the repair. Thanks to Andrew and the AAA team we have a working heater less than 24 hours after I called for service. Super impressed!

Had our furnace ducts cleaned about 3 weeks ago by Sean and Stephanie. Great experience. They were quick, efficient, and the little mess that was made they cleaned up. Sean even helped with a vent cover that had fallen off. 100% recommend them and AAA

It’s summer in Portland. We just moved into a new house, and our real estate agent recommended we have our HVAC inspected and maintained. I called AAA Heating and Cooling… and a technician (Nicoa )was sent over 4 hours later!!! Nicoa gave me a description of our HVAC system…. Taught me which way the air filter needed to be installed… and then he worked his magic on our dirty outdoor A/C tower and our indoor HVAC system. Good job! We decided to add surge protectors too, which were quickly/efficiently added in just a few minutes. We are considering adding a split duct (heating and air-conditioning) system to our ADU, and I know who will be thinking of for that future project, as well as our ongoing maintenance for our HVAC system.
