AAA Heating & Cooling

Phalen did the annual service on our a/c and furnace units today. He did a great job of explaining what he was doing and what he found.

Have used these guys at a past residence and glad I used them again on my new residence. I had one of their competitors out three different times to try to fix my system and they couldn’t get it to work. AAA came out and replaced a part that none of these other AC companies mentioned. They had me up and running again in no time. I also used them for duct cleaning and Sean & Stephenie did an amazing job! Stephenie treated my home like it was hers and this team was extremely thorough. I would highly recommend this team to clean your system as I have used other companies in the past and this was the most thorough cleaning I have ever had. Thank you for the clean interior air Sean and Stephanie!

Phalen Carron came by to perform a routine tune-up of our furnace, and did a fantastic job. Not only did he check all the boxes for the tune-up -- cleaning, testing, etc. -- but he also made himself available to answer my questions about the system and offer advice. When I asked for his recommendation on potentially replacing our system, which is over 20 years old, he offered transparent advice and input without pushing any kind of sales agenda. As a result, I'll be more than happy to continue working with AAA for many years to come. Many thanks to Phalen and AAA!

We recently had a hot water heater tank replacement completed and it went great. Josh and Josh did the install and they are the best. Super friendly, answered my questions, and turned my dirty old heater room into a nice clean space with a brand new tank and piping hot water. The install looks great and they left no mess behind at all. I recommend, Thanks!

Josh and John installed a unit for us in new construction. They were prompt, professional, and downright pleasant. One of them even politely listened to me as I explained that our attic is above the second floor and our crawlspace below the first floor, as if that isn't obvious.

Stephanie and Sean did an awesome job cleaning our ducts. When they arrived they took the time to introduce themselves and to pet our little dog. They were careful to keep our house clean while they worked and cleaned up after the job was done. They explained the process thoroughly. Stephanie gave recommendations as to which times during the year a person might want to have their vents cleaned like after smoke season, after allergy season, etc. Sean saw that I had a new little bonsai tree and gave me some great tips about growing these lovely little gems. Great service and terrific people like Stephanie and Sean are the reason my husband and I will be forever clients of AAA Heating and Cooling!

We had our heating ducts cleaned on Tuesday 2/28. Stephanie and her coworker were on time and very professional. They explained everything they were doing and did a wonderful job.

Great service!! My heater randomly shut down during the weather storm warning, temperatures outside were 19 degrees and it was 45 degrees in my house! I called AAA and a real person immediately picked up the phone and got a technician scheduled to come out. Nicoa (the technician) called me when he was 25 minutes away and arrived exactly as stated. Nicoa took a look at the unit, figured out the issue, fixed it and gave me some maintenance tips on how to prevent the issue in the future. He was super knowledgeable, fast, and made sure the system was working before he took off. Highly recommend and will use AAA in the future!
