AAA had worked on this furnace always as maintenance until recently. Furnace wouldn't work so the tech did 1hr on it said it was good. It quit 1/2 hr after. Came back next day worked 1:45 said it needed 3 new parts. Parts cost $1000 + labor, day 1 cost $165 day 2 $245 total =$1,450 +
Month later called Gresham Furnace day 1 found problem, order part cost $260 1 day cost $ 189 plus when part came in return install new part plus do complete tune-up no charge. Total $ 450 tip $50
AAA $ 1,450 VS. Gresham Furnace $500? PAYS TO CHECK AROUND?

We called around to several duct cleaning companies and either didn't get an answer or were quoted nearly twice what this company quoted. The kind lady that answered the phone at AAA asked me a couple of questions, gave me a price and let me know how soon they could perform the service. Sean and Stephanie were the nice techs that did the cleaning. They called ahead of arrival, showed up on time and did a great job. I love companies that do and charge what they promise.

AAA came out and did our yearly furnace maintenance today. They also installed our new furnace a few years back. They are great. Phalen, the tech who came out today, was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable! They never let me down so I always recommend AAA to friends!

Technicians, Sean & Stephanie, from AAA Heating and Cooling did a great job cleaning extremely dirty vents. They were prompt, knowledgeable and thorough- the prices are fair, as well. Sean & Stephanie reviewed all their work when they were done and gave me helpful tips on how to deal with a few issues we've been having with pets/vents. I highly recommend AAA Heating and Cooling and will be using them again.

We have used AAA for all our recent HVAC installations and services. For our most recent heating service, Phalen arrived on time and was quick and efficient in his work while explaining what he was doing and his recommendations. Definitely recommend for the ease of working with them.

Another great experience with AAA Heating and Cooling. A few weeks ago they came out to do yearly maintenance on our HVAC system and while they were here we talked about ways to improve its efficiency. One thing we had not done since moving in was have our ducts cleaned so we scheduled the service a couple of weeks out. The day of the cleaning Sean and Stephanie were on time, they did an excellent and fast job, and they were very respectful of our space. They even let me dog say hello! I wouldn’t suggest anyone else for HVAC systems in town.

Phalen came through to service my furnace today. He was very respectful and super professional. Always nice to work with someone of his caliber. I highly recommend using AAA Heating & Cooling for any of your hvac needs. Also the scheduler was very sweet when I spoke to her on the phone and was able to work with my schedule to get him in at a time that worked for me. A+

Update we had our central air conditioning and heating cleaned by Adam and Richard. They're very professional. This did take a couple of hours as our home we bought last year had never had the central cleaned before. Adam explained what he was doing and why. We can surly tell the difference in our home.
I highly recommend AAA Heating and Cooling. Our central air conditioning wasn't working so well. I called them up and scheduled an appointment. It was a week out for service. I let them know if they had a cancellation I would like to take it. They did have one and Justin came out and serviced ours. He is super nice and polite. Even helped me save a little dog that was lost.
He answered our questions and showed us how to change the filter. (We are new to all the maintenance of air conditioning ).

This business installed a new furnace 5 years ago and we have since used them for the yearly maintenance and cleaning. They are very responsive and always on time. Today Phalen was the technician doing the check up. Phalen was very polite and friendly and provided thorough maintenance on the furnace. Can highly recommend AAA heating and Cooling Inc.
