There are a lot of companies out there for furnace maintenance. I randomly choose this company, and they did a good job. Our tech Phalen was on time, informative and let me hoover over him as he did maintenance. He answered all my questions and made sure I did not have any before he left. Would use them again.

Andrew with AAA went above and beyond during a diagnostic call after my elderly furnace started underperforming. When he couldn’t find anything wrong with the unit, he insisted on going into the scary crawl space below the house to get an answer for the problem. Turned out to be ductwork, and while AAA does not do such repairs, they will be my go-to for any additional service calls, and when the time comes to replace the furnace. Really appreciate Andrew’s effort to identity the source of the problem.
