    I've had nothing but exceptional service from these guys, from the techs to their customer service department. We use them for our large factory/office building. They are always fast to get a tech out and they are always very friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend!

    I run a company and contacted them about a small project we need to do. On the phone, we scheduled an appointment to look at the space on site and (name omitted intentionally) asked if I would be at the site all day and I said yes. Nobody showed up or called. Having heard or seen nothing by 10:00 the next morning, I called the next morning and spoke with the same person. She didn’t even remember me but then told me I was wrong and she had asked if I would be at the site today - which is not true. I said ok and asked if we would see her today and she said - without hesitation - no. Then I asked when we would see her and after a 15 second pause, she said she would have to pass on the job.

    Are you kidding me? I have no problem with passing on a project but do it up front and don’t waste anybody’s time. Nothing about the project changed between the first call and second so why was it interesting the first time and not the second. Don't waste my time and lie to me. Unprofessional and unpleasant; would not consider them for any other projects.

    J. Darling came to service my furnace and did an excellent job! He was quick, polite, clean, and even replaced my way-to-old filters with some extras he had!

    They will not show up on time. Two times I've been told a time frame they would show up, and both times they've been hours late. At least keep your customers updated so they don't waste a whole day waiting for the techs to fix something. Also would be great if they fixed the item the first time they come.
