I called on Thursday and they sent someone out Friday morning to fix my ductless heat pump. Jeremy Darling called when he arrived which is what I requested so he wouldn’t wake my son by knocking. He also tried to be quiet which was so helpful. He fixed the heat pump super quick and was very courteous and kind. Would highly recommend Willamette HVAC! Thanks, Jeremy!

Very pleased with a water heater install.

They were out to our house very quickly and had a water heater installed the next day. Erin was our estimator and she was very helpful with explaining warranty and what is covered.

Ryan O'dell was our installer and he did a great job. A very clean install and it works wonderfully!

Excellent experience with Willamette HVAC having my AC unit repaired. I was very impressed with the service work done by Willamette HVAC. Jeremy came in a timely matter and had the needed parts in his van to complete my air conditioning repair in one visit.
They will be by first call the next time I need HVAC repair work completed.

I have an older oil furnace. Devin keeps it running! I feel like I am getting the most out of that thing, and Devin does an excellent job of documenting any future needs, telling me what I can put off, and what needs immediate attention.

Working on oil furnaces can be messy... I NEVER HAVE A MESS when Devin is done. He is very careful to make sure not even a single drop of oil hits the ground.

Always on time - Always professional and clean - Always very well organized.

Devin even took the extra time to send in photos of my heat exchanger to the manufacturer. ...and he waited on site for a response! He was not sure if it was a crack or a seam in the heat exchanger. He went above and beyond to make sure my family was safe from carbon monoxide while also making 100% sure that he was not going to suggest a replacement that would have cost a ton of money.

You won't get service and knowledge like this from any other company in town.

Jeremy was great!! This is the second time we have had him come to our house, and both times he was quick to figure out the problem, fix it, explain the issue to us and get us set. Very pleased with the service we have gotten from Willamette HVAC, and will continue to use them when needed!

Willamette HVAC ROCKS! I wanted to utilize a local business when our AC needed service and I was not disappointed! My appointment was booked within 48 hrs of my online request. JEREMY was our service guy and he ROCKS too! He was timely that day and provided my husband (who was home at the time) with all of the ‘manly’ details! LOL My husband liked him so I LOVE it! After making a mess of the wiring for a new Nest thermostat, I called Willamette HVAC to help do it properly. Devin was able to come by the very next day - showed up on time, was friendly, clean, and courteous. He had it re-wired, tested, put back together, and was cleaned up and out of there in almost no time at all. I'll most certainly be calling these guys back out for my next HVAC issue/maintenance!
