    My family were struggling due to a non working furnace just before Christmas. Willamette HVAC was able to work with the merchant to rush the part delivery and came to install once the part was received. Their technician J walked me through troubleshooting and maintenance tips to help avoid future problems. He was knowledgeable and stuck around to make sure everything was up and running correctly. The final invoice came in under the initial quote and really provided my family some much needed relief. Thank you Sherie and J for excellent service.

    Devin and Jay were amazing! We had a unusual system that the average Joe would not have figured out nor been able to give us a good report on. I've been in real estate 35 years and used a lot of different companies and during this recent cold snap it was hard to get anyone. Willamette not only showed up quickly but they brought the A-Team and these guys came in and diagnosed a funny sound that was coming from one of the motors in a gas-fired forced air hot water heat system. they got it done quickly and it a budget my client could afford and I cannot thank them enough! Rest assured from now on they get first call on any and all HVAC work that we have! I highly recommend this company and I know things will never go perfect on a job but today they did and for that I'm extremely grateful! Happy holidays everyone!

    Terrible company. I had used them for a couple of years before I found an amazing vendor, who 2 years later is still discovering Willamette HVAC’s shoddy work. I’m in property management so I keep diligent records (i.e invoices and work orders). For ONE apartment, $6420 in invoices have been paid for repairs that are not under labor warranty after 30 DAYS. This week the vendor I’ve been using since I stopped using Willamette HVAC, discovered that the repairs were done incorrectly in that same unit. They apparently cannot keep knowledgeable techs and that was another reason I stopped using them. When there was a good tech, I’d hear about how awful this company is to work for and then the person quits. $6420 is a spendy lesson, but I’m grateful that they won’t be receiving another dime from here. I think the 30 day labor warranty coincides with the tech’s length in employment there. Oh and for bonus points, their customer service is appalling. I will be sure to tell every property manager of my experience with Willamette HVAC, along with sharing the contact info for the PROFESSIONALS that I use now.

    I had J Chapman from Willamette HVAC perform a recharge on our AC unit today.

    He arrived on time, calling in advance. He quickly diagnosed the issue, got it priced out, and had the unit recharged within the hour.

    I'm very happy with the service provided, and I will be calling Willamette HVAC in the future if and when HVAC work is needed.

    Stopped to get a bid for house made a date, The day before they were supposed to come called me and and said three more weeks don't do business with flaky companies stay away from this place for sure!

    I was very impressed with the wonderful service. Jeremy Darling was our Service Technician. He called and let us know he might be a few minutes delayed due to a freeway accident. He took care our home by putting on shoe coverings. He was very prompt in identifying the issue with our furnace and cleaned up after he was done. The company is like a well oiled machine driven by service excellence. We have used Willamette HVAC before and will use and recommend them for future issues. Thank you Willamette HVAC and their great and considerate employees.

    Our server room split unit's pump went out for the second summer in a row, coinciding again with the hottest week of the year. The team of Mike and Julio diagnosed the issue, and then installed a heavier duty pump for our system, and did it in a professional and efficient manner. The upgrade required some fabrication and thinking outside the box, and the two tackled the job. We couldn't be happier with the outcome, and are glad we have Willamette as our HVAC company.     I just had a complete overhaul of my HVAC (both heat and cooling) done by Willamette HVAC. The job was quite large so they were in my home for a few weeks. Both Phil and Diego were super professional and also friendly. I always felt comfortable and trusted them in my many rooms in my home including a crawl space where we have some valuables stored and my son’s room. They made sure my carpets were protected and vacuumed up any debris when they left. The company worked around my schedule, which is hard to find! The owner came by at the end to make sure the electrician and factory rep were coordinated and also quality check all of the work. Gold star service all the way, highly recommended.
