    Willamette HVAC was amazing. They were so fast to come out to look at my old a/c that I needed replaced, then they were back at my house a week later doing the installation! I had know idea it could go so smoothly. Everyone I dealt with in person and over the phone was polite, professional, and knowledgeable. I would recommend them over any other company! Thank you Willamette HVAC!!

    Willamette has kept our kitchen remodel moving when several other HVAC companies wouldn’t even send someone to look/quote because it’s a smaller job. The lady that came to look at our two issues was on time and professional, and got us a quote that same day. The two techs that came out we’re on time, nice, took time to answer my questions, and didn’t get frustrated when our dog was barking up a storm and freaking out that 2 strangers were in his space (so sorry guys)!

    We have commercial HVAC units on the roof of our office. First service call to change the filters and provide routine maintenance, the technician took our roof keys instead of handing them back and we had to go track them down with the company who eventually mailed them back to us.
    Second service call and there was no problem except there was a small part needing replacement.
    Third service call and the Technician shows up out of the blue with no appointment to replace the part. He was up there for over two hours to replace a small part. He left without providing paperwork or handing us the part which he removed and replaced. Turns out that he left the door to our commercial HVAC roof unit open and when it rained the next time we had water come through the unit and damage some of our inventory. When I tried to resolve it with their management they accused me and our property manager of lying and demanded we show photographic proof that their technician left the unit door open, even though I had already told them we were just trying to recover our payment for the service call since the damage was not extensive.
    One other small problem; when we set up service with them we asked them to schedule with us quarterly, but six months passed before we were scheduled for the second service call.
    Bottom line is that this company is untrustworthy and unprofessional. Just do yourself a favor, save your money and go to another small local business that actually cares about the work they do.

    Jeremy came out on-time (to the minute) and was courteous. He was quick to diagnose the issue and gave us options for part vs total replacement pros and cons. Being clear and concise with his explanation as to what was going on with the furnace was helpful and his estimates on timing for parts allocation and labor were really accurate. I wish all my interactions were this smooth.

    We have a furnace that's been giving us grief for the past months. I contacted Willamette Hvac for help and THEY ANSWERED THEIR PHONE, lol. (No one answers phone calls anymore) They got me on the schedule in a timely manner. Jeremy Darling was very calm and professional as he assessed the problem. He was incredibly educational as he thoroughly explained the mechanics of gas furnaces. Upon discovering that our 22yr old outdated furnace is on its last leg, he continued searching for potential fixes. Due to safety reasons, he concluded it's best to replace it, and I agreed 100%. I really appreciated the information and the professionalism. Please continue the good work and we'll see you soon for the installation of the new furnace.

    Our furnace quit working right as the chilly, rainy weather was beginning. Fortunately, Diego was able to install our new one in no time! This courteous young man was at our door, bright and early, with a warm smile on his face. A short while later, we were all smiling because we had a new furnace neatly installed, and - most importantly - HEAT! Thank you so very much, Diego and Willamette HVAC for your terrific service!

    I’m using my daughter’s account because my text box wouldn’t appear when attempting to review and I felt a dire need to warn people. The rookie they sent came 3 times, never solved the short, burned a wire and lied to the office that he put the covers back on…why because he didn’t know how to solve the problem. The office was unprofessional handling my call. Go ahead and keep my money but I’m warning everyone to stay away from this company.

    I am so grateful to willamette HVAC for working with me and helping me find the best system for my home. They were knowledgeable and friendly. It was nice that instead of just directing me to push this button and do this, they actually explained how it all works so I understood the system🤩 it’s so much easier to remember what to do when you know the reasons those things need to happen!

    Our air conditioning unit decided to stop working on a 90+ degree day. The office was unbearable. We called Willamette HVAC, knowing they were going to be busy, but hoping they could save us...AND THEY DID. The motor on our air conditioning unit died. They were able to find one and have our office up and running by the end of the next day. We will definitely be using them again.
