    Our heating wouldn't start up. I called and Willamette HVAC had a tech, Jeremy Darling, come out. He was professional, prompt and got our heating system working. He even showed me how to troubleshoot it! Will be utilizing for any HVAC issues going forth!

    They installed the a/c unit at my home and have come back for a service call. They were able to get me scheduled for the next day. The tech showed up within the time window and had the work done quickly. All of the techs and office personnel have been friendly and professional. They were even good with my dog that either kept barking at them or wanted to be pet.

    First week of January, my furnace died. They initially scheduled an appointment later in the day when I called, then moved the appointment earlier so we wouldn't be in the cold longer than necessary. Service tech had us up and running in about an hour and a half. Was polite, friendly, professional.

    Great experience with them. They showed up on time, serviced my AC and answered any questions I had. The technician told me things to keep an eye on and told me ways to take care of stuff myself. Very trustworthy and reliable. Make sure you book in advance, they are super busy. Will definitely be using them in the future.

    Had them take a look at the gas hot water heater that the pilot light kept going out on when the weather would get into the 80s-90s...technician came out, took pictures to send to the owner who's "an expert with these kinds of things". Said that the flex pipe from the hot water tank to the attic vent being at a 90 degree bend was the problem, and told me they'd email me a quote on what they'll need to do. Sign a check for $125 for the inspection. Get a quote for $1700 to replace the flex pipe with a hard pipe with less of a bend? In 5 minutes I was able to collapse parts of the flex pipe with needle nose pliers to change the angle to 40 degrees, which they could have easily done while here if that was supposed to be the problem. Additionally, $1700 to install 3.5ft of hard pipe with some elbow connectors? Won't be recommending to others.

    Project Manager Mike Sicard came out today to help us deal with a dusty office environment. I thought the solution was a custom duct setup with a filter rack and an air handler. Mike recommended I simply install an off the shelf unit available from multiple sources and hang it from the ceiling. He save us a lot of money.
