Last year they replaced my furnace and water heater replaced AC, installed a thermostat etc. They are an excellent company to do business with. This year I had all my ducts and vents cleaned. Again, excellent service.

It's not often you find a tech willing to drive 3 hours out of their way to get a part and return the same day after a 10 hour shift. And to do that after squeezing me into the schedule less than 18 hours prior to the service call. And as if that wasn't enough, after replacing the blower motor, he replaced a wire that had burned down to the copper, and put standoffs on everything so it wouldn't happen again. He didn't have to do that, he could have just fixed the blower motor and left. He took care of this the same way I would have for myself, and that doesn't happen very often. And of course, the way you can tell that these are the very best of technicians, he grabbed a broom and swept everything up afterwards. I can't even tell you how rarely that happens. The only possible way this experience could have been better is if it had been free, but then I'd have the whole guilty conscience thing, so it's better that they charged me. Just don't bother calling anyone else, if you've already found these guys, you're a winner. Stop looking and make the call.

Danny was great. Had an issue with the AC leaking. Apparently the unit wasn't up to code with a little bobble valve and that was allowing water to accumulate beyond what the pan could accommodate, thereby overflowing and causing a wee flood. Danny spotted the issue, identified other issues, and was very easy to talk to about all the things.

Danny is very knowledgeable and completely figured out our complex situation with our HVAC System.He went above and beyond! We had another company tell us they couldn’t help us after they realized it was a special kind of unit heated with water. Danny is smart with plumbing and HVAC and was able to take care of the problem. Great work!
