Control Techs Northwest put a whole new system in our house. After our addition, the system we had just couldn’t keep up. Now we are comfortable no matter the weather and our electric bill is back to being reasonable. These guys are very knowledgeable, professional, and honest. Best in the business. Kyle and Chase showed up earlier than the service window and and called to see if I was home. I was a few minutes away and they said they would wait. I was so grateful because my work schedule makes it hard to run errands and schedule technicians to come to the house. They were efficient, explained everything they were doing, walked me step by step on how to change the filter and ordered new ones for me. They were very professional and the appointment was done in no time!
