Unbelievably friendly and professional. Not to mention their rates are competitive. Installed 3 brand new AC systems within a week and all exceeding my expectations. Kudos to a fantastic HVAC crew over on the south side.

When, during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic, we reached out for quotes to have air conditioning added to our system control techs by far stood out above and beyond the two other companies that gave us a quote. Prices did not very much between the three companies however what stood out about control tech was the ease of working with them, the ability to understand each quoted level of service from them the promptness in their response time and their willingness to work with what seem to be any financial situation but certainly ours. Both their scheduling staff as well as the technicians who came to install, were friendly, polite and caring. They took the time to get to know our family and were respectful of our property. When, about a year after install, our system wasn’t working perfectly, they called within hours of our request for service and scheduled a time to come complete a repair on the system. In fact, the repair was to a part of the system that they did not install, but they adequately and clearly explained what the issue was, how to fix it, and got the problem fixed and our house cooling efficiently. Had we just gone with the cheapest quote, I don’t feel that we would’ve had the warranty or the care plan service that we’ve experienced. The small difference in price is buying far worth the comfort and service that we received and I have the upmost faith that we will continue to receive.

Danny and his team are amazing. From beginning to end it was a great experience. Cate and Danae in the office we’re so responsive and communicated with us and helped work around our schedule. Danny came on time, knew exactly what to do and explained everything along the way. Best bang for your buck, I never have to have return trips with them. Control Techs NW get the job done right the first time. We will never use anyone else. I recommend them to EVERYONE. So happy with our AC and that Danny knows how to fix any issue!

I am so impressed with this company!! I was given their name by a friend who had used them this past summer. During the heat wave this, my friend's parents AC went out. They are both in their 80's. My friend contacted this company pleading for help for her parents, and they went out that day to fix the AC. When my AC and furnace started to go out (after 30 years) I called the company and Kate was so amazing! The technicians came out to assess the situation. What I appreciated was how kind and professional they were. I didn't feel pushed or pressured into buying anything on the spot. Today was day 1 of the install. Both of the technicians were so thorough and my new unit looks so great!!

Everyone I dealt with from Danny and Steve to Kyle and Chaise were professional and informative. Each one answered my questions clearly and to my satisfaction. Kyle and Chaise were very understanding about my anxieties and did their very best to be supportive and reassuring.

of course, during the heat wave my heat pump quit! was referred to control tech, called and got an appointment quickly. the young man that came to fix it was so nice! told me my options, explained the expense, made me feel like i wasn't being ripped off. ordered the part and within 2 days i was feeling the cool again. i definitely recommend this company! ask for Danny :>).
