After contacting more than 10 companies, Controls Tech NW came out to diagnose and fix my old A/C unit. The technician explain the issue and fix the problems in a timely manner. Danny was a great communicator and managed expectations well. Highly recommended.

So impressed! This company was recommended to me by a friend. When I made the initial call, the woman helping me was so nice and helpful. Today I had my HVAC evaluated and serviced. Danny and his partner were on time, respectful, professional, thorough, and what I appreciated most was their honesty. My HVAC system is 30 years old and instead of pushing me to spend thousands of dollars, they explained to me my options, fixed the problems that they could until I felt comfortable with the next steps, and made sure that all of my questions were answered. I highly recommend this company!!!!

Upon arrival I talked with the inspector and gave him a list of my personal concerns, the inspector made no notes or even mention of looking into the ducting in the attics, and no mention of my concern with the roofs ventilation (no soffit vents for roof intake?) in his report. It seems like the inspector only went through his checklist and did not address any of my concerns or questions. Now the company only seems to be interested in selling me a completely new system, I guess I'll see how it goes for now.

Best service call I could expect; friendly, respectful, polite, and 110% professional. Fixed in minutes (although your mileage may vary), explained the break and the fix, answered all questions, and made sure he didn’t leave me hanging with a lost look in my face. If this is their standard, they’ve got a customer for the life of my home (or me, whichever comes first).
