I ordered some sandblasting materials online to be picked up in store. I chose to do curbside pick up with it being convenient and with having back issues it helps to have an extra hand lifting heavy things. I drove to the store and picked a curbside spot. I then proceeded with the instructions to call the store let them know I was there for a pickup and that I was outside waiting curbside. The employee asked if I could come in instead to receive my order. Once inside I received my order and I asked the employee do you guys no longer offer curbside service. He told me they do not. I said ok then it should be noted in store, email and on the website. I then left and loaded my sand blasting materials (50lb bags) x 6 into the vehicle with no assistance.

I bought an $1100 Honda Mower that started once the died. Northern tool does not stand behind their equipment. They said I have to go through Honda. This is why you should buy at Lows or Home Depot, thy would return it no problem. I’ll never buy from here again.

Glad I called before bringing in my generator to be serviced.
The associate told me that they changed their policy one month ago and no longer service generators that they did not sell.
They have serviced my generator before and should communicate when they change their policy.
I called Firman Generators to let them know that their approved service repair center is turning away customers that Firman is literally sending us too.

The female manager is the worst manager I have ever encountered. She yells and talks so disrespectful to the employees and customers that are not white. Please don't allow here to continue to discriminate against customers that spend their money at this company.

I'm a good customer of this place but every time something goes wrong with the tools you call and ask them for replacements parts but they never have what you need or if they have to work on one of your Equipment they tell you we do have time to work on yours right now I drive to this store for One hour and 30 minutes is ridiculously

I was greeted with a genuine positive greeting by Rocky. He asked what he could help me with I told him I needed a trailer wheel and tire he immediately got Eric and we got the right one was in and out in about 5 minutes. Exceptional experience.

I have shopped here before without incident. I recently placed an online order, and sent a trusted individual to pick it up (has a doctoate in a STEM field). The staff at the store were unhelpful in in getting the item loaded and eventually claimed wouldn't fit. They apparently marked the item as picked up (even thoughtheykept it) and charged me for it but told me it would be returned to stock if someone else could not pick it up in 24-48 hours. 12 days I received a phone call from a completely unhelpful individual who is incapable of canceling the order because she cant "access the screen", puts me on hold to start a cancelation, but then can't process a return because she can't EVEN ENTER A CREDITCARD NUMBER, even after I read it three times. Long and short of it is I am 956 miles away on vacation after being lied to and slapped with some of the most flagrant incompetence I have ever encountered, when I am informed "you just have to come in to the store" because typing the numbers correctly is too big of a challenge.
