Some of the products (one in particular was the wood splitter cover) have not met expectations. Sometimes the store appears to be understaffed and the employee attitudes reflect that. Most often the folks are helpful and cooperative, so I'll continue to shop there.

Very easy to make purchase and have merchandise shipped to nearest store for pick-up. I utilized the "Chat" option to make sure I could use a multiple payment option (gift card and balance w/ VISA) and the NT rep provided clear and concise explanation / directions.
I am sure I will use this method of shopping in the future. Highly recommended if you do not need to touch/feel your purchase.

We ordered 2 planters online and and paid almost $200. One came with all of the screws and nuts to assemble, the other didn’t have any. After talking to customer service they let us know this has been happening often and we could go to lowes and purchase the screws and nuts needed. Then once we jump through some hoops and submit a receipt they will refund us the amount. Would not recommend. Buy American.

This is the second day I've attempted to order these tools. The first time, I could not get around the address verification. This time, I was able to select PayPal prior to filling in my name and address. This process worked much better. I was able to complete the order process in a short while. The only problem is the tools I ordered are on backorder. It's a bummer that tools are not available right away.

If another store has the product you need, give them your business. I ordered almost $2400.00 worth of equipment. I ordered to pick up at the Tulsa location. I was told my order would be able to be picked up by the 13th. Called today and 2 of my 3 items have arrived. Asked why it's not ready and was rudely told shipping isn't guaranteed. Just to be clear, shipping was to be ready Sept 2 - 13th. I waited until the last day to call and ask about my order. So if they do not have it in stock. DO NOT ORDER, unless you are ok with awful service.
