Great prices on great tools! I especially like being able to shop on-line then save shipping cost by picking up at store. I had a little trouble understanding the check-out process but a very helpful employee named Jesse was able to chat with me and finish walking me through it. I spent 2 hours in the store trying to make a simple return I had my receipt I ended up having to buy things that I wasn't wanting.. I was told they didn't have enough cash in the drawer. With it being the day after Christmas a business of this size should be prepared for a simple return of $200. I left three voicemails with the regional sales rep. Doesn't seem like they really care about customer satisfaction at this particular store .

If I could give zero stars I would no help at all. I was looking for trailer axle parts for my trailer and as soon as my husband and I walked in three workers disappeared. Didn't say anything just disappeared. Worst customer service ever. We did not purchase anything and that will be the LAST time we ever go back. Whoever the manager is you should really be concerned with your workers. You have all those people working and no one to assist customer. Your wasting your payroll and if you do not watch it your store will be closed just like the rest of them...

Don’t waste your money here. Part had a 2 year warranty which sounded great. Manager just repeatedly said it wasn’t his fault it failed after 2 weeks. My trailer is on the side of the road, I don’t have time to go through the manufacturer. Go somewhere that stands behind what they sell and will actually honor warranties.
