I like the products very much. I am a rancher and use them hard. The tools hold up well. The web site is rather clunky to me. Could be easier to navigate to what I am looking for.

My first time in a northern tool. I will not be back. The guy just walked around and glared at me the whole time while i was looking for a set of allen wrenches . Then when i asked him if he going to check me out or just look at me he told me his job was to watch the aisles and walked away. The only one that had any kind of customer service experience was the lady that was standing at the register after he left the front of the store but, irregardless my experience sucked and im going to go back to shopping at harbor frieght or lowes.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!!! We bought a generator from them had it in for repairs several times, the could never find the problem . The Manager Zach Blamed Us for it not working, He was very rude, Charged a 15% restocking fee to return it, even though it was defective, then told us NEVER COME BACK! Worst experience we ever had anywhere, still shocked by the horrible customer service a a member of management.

Just went to purchase a heater I found advertised online and the assistant manager would not honor the price listed. The cashier didn’t seem very happy to be there and the assistant manager barely made eye contact and practically rolled his eyes at me for showing him the listing on my phone.

Will never be back. Recommend you shop elsewhere too.

Zach Anderson needs to train his assistant manager in better customer service skills.

I can't wait to see how long the order takes to receive. Ordered a few dozen knives to give to the crews as incentives a couple years ago. Showed they were in stock but took weeks to receive them.
