GO ANYWHERE ELSE!!!! We help a local non profit dog rescue and purchased 2 portacool 160 water fans for their facility. They are defective and not working , we walked in to a flooded hot facility. I called to tell them I was returning. WE HAVE HAD THESE DEFECTIVE UNITS LESS THAN 24 HOURS! They told me I would have to pay a 15% restocking fee to return these defective units. I will get my money back if I have to take them to small claims court, but save yourself a headache and go anywhere else. These people do not know what customer service is.

Nice older gentle told me that he could order in a fuel Ratchet 1/4” or I could just come back on a Wednesday/Thursday as he sells out. Came back today on a Thursday lady told me, “we don’t carry those I’d have to order it in”. Then proceeds to find it on their website to order it in, and now is trying to tell me they don’t sell tool only when the guy just 2 weeks ago showed me on the website that I can have tool only or combo in both fuel and non-fuel. If she doesn’t want to do her job just don’t even help me. What a waste of my time. Here I come eBay if I have to wait shipping......

I purchased a Husqvarna weed trimmer online and picked it up at the Tulsa store. Had a problem with the product (or so I thought). Yet they handled my request wonderfully. I later realized my mistake and approached Zach, store manager, and apologized for my honest but goofy mistake. He was very gracious and understanding. Thank you Zach and Lindy.

Nice and clean. Friendly staff. This is a tool supplier with a price/quality range slightly above "harbor freight" range up past big box stores (Lowe's, Home Depot). If you need something just a little bigger, or stronger than available elsewhere, check them out. It will, naturally, cost more...

Buy quite a bit of stuff here, well used too. Came in tonight to buy the m18 grease gun and hackazawl because of the promo just to find out they dont have the batteries for the promo. Asked if i could get a raincheck for the batteries and buy the tool as i have a 5 batteries already, was told no. Asked when more batteries come in and was told "whenever milwaukee sends them" in a hateful tone and that rubbed me the wrong way enough to buy tools elsewhere.
Update: Lowered to 1 star. It's been a week and they've yet to restock the single 5 amp battery. I legitimately think it's being done on purpose as they're only ever out of the batteries for the promo with Milwaukee tools. My guess is the restock after the promo ends.

Would give 0 stars if possible. Lots of employees following you around not being helpful, but rather stalking you. I'd never been to a Northern before and wanted to check it out, and they treated me as if I was shoplifting the entire time I was there. They went as far as to follow me to the bathroom. I've never felt more uncomfortable in a store setting before. As a developer checking prices of different tool options, you will not get my business again.

Not very helpful on the shipping to store items. Evidently, if they don't stock an item in the store, then you will have to pay extra shipping-they can't ship an item to the store and allow the customer to pick it up there like many other stores I use. This doesn't seem like a hard problem to solve, especially for a big company with stores in almost every city of any size.

Store is well laid out, easy to find what you're looking for. Prices are decent. Staff was friendly (helped if asked otherwise not bothering you).
