Clean, organized and helpful staff. Got what I needed and for a good price. There are some tools I buy to use one or two times, they have that. Lol
They also have the better quality stuff that will last a long time.
I needed a ramp for a small dirt bike, ended up with 2 of them for $39. Now my son and I both have a ramp!

They were awesome!!! Drove from Oklahoma City to Broken Arrow, Oklahoma because I really needed a Stihl chainsaw. The OKC had a very bad and freak ice storm this week and all the chainsaws in Oklahoma City hardware stores were bought out. I put one on hold and started my hour and a half drive, when I arrived it was already assembled and then tested by running it in the store. The Northern Tool employee also took me to a computer and assisted me in registering my chainsaw for it's warranty and proof of ownership. The two employees that helped me in my purchase were professional and yet very friendly. It was worth the trip to get the power tool I needed. I hope the Northern Tool store in OKC is as good as the one in Broken Arrow and just a hunch...I think they will be!!! Great job guys, I'll definitely be back for my tool needs!!! This customer was greatly impressed!!! Thanks again!!!

This place is awesome, the staff is friendly and attentive. My saw broke down I came in before lunch and Lindy, James, Dana and Rocky all worked together effectively and efficiently to get me up and running again. Even the forklift driver was friendly. Northern Tool You have a customer for Life! I highly recommend Northern Tool!

I’ve bought a number of diffferent items from them, a few of them were pretty decent most worked reasonabley ok as long as it was light use and the rest were absolute junk. As always you get what you pay for. I had bought a $700+ product from them that had a three year warranty, it crapped out in a little under two years. I have temporarily misplaced my original receipt however the serial number plainly shows the manufacture date as being under three years, no receipt no warranty. They then said they could look at up under my phone number yet there are no records past the 18 month mark and of coarse the purchase was 21 months ago, pretty convenient. They then tell me they can look it up by credit card number, gave them the credit card that I used to buy over $8000 worth of products from them and they said there were no records for that card at all, once again convenient. Long story short I now have a $700 paper weight until I can locate the misplaced receipt. I bought numerous items that would not do half of what they were rated to do, guess false advertising isn’t a thing on China made products. I will just suck it up and buy name brand products from a reputable store in the future.

I will never buy nothing from this srry place. I spent 520 dollars on a husqvarna chainsaw. Used it only a half day. And it quit tried to return it and manager said bring it up and let his mechanic look at it. They said there was no oil mixed in gas which was a lie and they said we was screwed and wont stand behind there merchandise. And was very rude. The manager james is a @@@@ so I'm out 520 dollars thanks northern tool I'll be sure tell everyone not to buy from u

Do not come here for Stihl replacement parts. I made 4 attempts to get the parts I needed before moving on. The store personnel can't help you and the Stihl parts guys only work 8-4 M-F because that's when every working person has time to go by the store. If you want immediate service l, go a few miles down the road to Westlake Ace Hardware. They got me fixed up in 30 minutes.

Can’t use gift cards for store pickup option if items are in stock at store, but you can have them shipped to the store and pick them up, also the fact that only 2 gift cards can be applied at one time is crazy in this day.
