I needed a couple of heater parts for a standing pilot type furnace. After replacing them my furnace still wouldn’t work. Not sure what was wrong I called and spoke to Todd. He was extremely knowledgeable and he went above and beyond what anyone should have ever done and helped me get it running over the phone. Many Thanks to Todd and Peter at Johnstone, they’ve made a customer for life.

Called late Friday afternoon, you could tell it had been a loooong day. But he still had a since of humor. Doug was very helpful I couldn't make it in that night. I arrived half hour early the next morning and he was already open. Doug helped me find the right part very very helpful walked me through the wiring diagram to replace the cooling fan on my compressor. Works like a champ. Up and running save me A LOT OF MONEY thanks so much Doug great pricing.

Awesome experience. Very honest people. I told them i needed a new fan they asked what it was doing i told them and Todd was like you just need a 10 dollar capacitor. And it fixed the problem. He Could have sold me a bunch of stuff i didnt need. I will recomend them to anyone. Great people.

Johnstone supply sells the best equipment in Tulsa. I have personally been buying equipment from Johnstone supply for a long time and have over 1000 units installed in and around the Tulsa and surrounding areas. I have never had a legitimate warranty issue with any of the Goodman products I have installed purchased from Johnstone supply and I highly recommend them to anyone interested in purchasing heating and air-conditioning equipment

It's always an awesome experience coming into the Tulsa location. I'm not in the HVAC industry but do as much DIY as I can (I'm frugal lol).

There are some places that just give you a hard time, overpriced, not friendly, and really just downright rude (looking at you Locke). So I always put that guard up and get ready for some light battle when dealing with these places lol.

So, I'm always blown away by how professional, courteous, honest, and hard working the folks at Johnstone's are. Genuinely courteous and take the time to learn about your situation and then help you assess it.

I hate when things break down, but if it's something HVAC related - guys like Doug at Johnstone's make it a little more bearable.

Very condescending on the phone- called with part number of the unit I needed - was told I would need to bring the old unit in to see what I needed. This was after I gave the same info to another store who did not have what I wanted in stock- they suggested I call Johnstone, they also provide me with what info to give them so they would know the part I needed.
Since then heard that Johnstone may prefer to only work with contractors. If this is the case , no worries, they will never gave my business.

Johnstone Supply is a wholesale HVAC Supply who deals with only contractors. We do not do any service work and do not have anyone that will do repairs. I am sorry for the individual who had someone go to their home and give them a poor quote. We do not do any service we strictly sell to contractors. There are several very good, and respectful counter-men in the HVAC/R business in Tulsa, working with other distributorships. I'm not an HVAC repairman. I'm just a guy who's A/C went out in late June. With a little bit of knowhow, and a few Google searches, I diagnosed the problem. I needed a new Condenser Fan, so I made some phone calls around town. Doug at Johnstone Supply answered my questions and made sure the motor in was in stock (at a very fair price). When I picked up my part, service was quick. Doug even took time away from a very busy phone to give me thorough instructions on wiring the motor to my A/C unit. An hour later, my house is cool and comfortable.
