Matt was recommended to me by a company that has extremely high expectations of service providers, so the bar was set very high for Matt. He has exceeded all of my expectation. Matt has always been very responsive and very dependable. He is honest and very straight forward. His knowledge, craftmanship and attention to details are what really make Matt standout! I had to have a new furnace and air conditioner installed last Fall. Before that I wanted an honest assessment of whether my furnace could make it through the winter. I went through a few contractors before coming to AirStar. Matt and his team worked diligently with my first request, and after a couple of repair calls explained some of the hazards of waiting. I decided to contract with their team to install a whole new system. They were extremely prompt, professional, and offered great pricing that was tailored to my needs. When I've had any follow up questions or concerns Matt makes sure to treat me as a priority. From a customer standpoint, I couldn't ask for better service. Matt gave exceptional customer service, was extremely knowledgeable, and arrived in under an hour at 8pm. He kept us from having to get a hotel room seeing that it was over 90 degrees in the house. We are very very happy with AirStar, LLC and would recommend to everyone!!

This is the best company! I had to purchase a new specialty AC and Matt came out to see what was needed, ordered the new AC and installed it. He texted at each step of the way to keep me updated on when the AC was ordered and when it would be delivered, etc. Matt has the very best communication I've had from any company ever. He is extremely knowledgeable and helpful and he does everything he says he is going to do plus more. He and his team arrived on time, laid plastic on the floor to protect wood floors and carpet, and worked extremely fast to get the job done. I highly recommend this company!

In May of 2022 I called AirStar for service to our walk in freezer. I talked to Matt and he sent a tech to our store the same day. The tech found our thermostat needed replacing and our unit needed cleaning. All of that was done before a phone call to me was made. The repair wasn't authorized but I paid for the service thinking that's what was needed, $656.00 to repair and clean (replace thermostat and clean the unit). Matt called me asking for payment, I questioned why I wasn't given a quote before the repair was completed, he was irritated by the question and started preaching to me about cleaning the unit. Fast forward to yesterday, June 22 2022. Our walk in freezer went out again, I called another company and the unit needed to be chemical cleaned according to the tech, it was very dirty and hadn't been cleaned in a very long time according to the tech. I called Matt afterwards and he told me I was confused between the walk in freezer and the walk in cooler, he knew his techs and told me they probably washed it with a hose. He asked that I send him a copy of HIS invoice and he wanted pictures of our condenser on the roof. He will not stand behind his work. Matt has been so unprofessional, I am just stunned. He was condescending and talked to me like I was beneath him. Although I didn't hear the conversation, I was informed that he referred to me in a very crude term to an employee.

I have owned and operated a nightclub in downtown Tulsa for 17 years. I have now used this company in excess of 12 years for ALL of my HVAC and refridgeration needs. Good, honest companies in this field are hard to come by. I am thankful for the day that I was referred to Matt and his company.
