Alert Plumbing does a great job! Andrew and Alex were very professional! Did the several small jobs efficiently and everything works perfectly!

We found ourselves in the unenviable position of having 7-year old pex that failed. After the 9th leak in a short period of time, we opted to replace all the pex for the whole house. Again. Alert did not do the first installation, unfortunately, or there probably would have been no need to replace it. Kevin and Brian spent three days taking out all the old pex and replacing it. It was three days of noise and inconvenience and mess, but it’s done. They were very professional and efficient and and I’m confident that they did a good job. A big plus is that now, instead of waiting several minutes for hot water at any faucet, we now have it within seconds. We discovered Alert a few months ago and were very pleased with their ability to locate and repair pex leaks. Fingers crossed that this is the final step in this process. Thank you Alert. I also plan to switch my HVAC service to Alert.

Very, very impressed with Alert Plumbing !
We called this morning and within a couple hours Kevin came to the house. He had to do a few other things, which had not been done when the previous water tank was installed many, many years ago. He left to purchase the tank, also the other parts, then installed our new water tank and did a fantastic job !
Kevin was very courteous, knowledgeable and professional - plus got the job done in no time!
I highly recommend Alert Plumbing, as this is the only plumbing company we will call from now on - thank you Kevin !
Update to my above review....I had spoken to a couple of neighbors that had just used other plumbing services, the price they were quoted was the price they paid. When I used Alert Plumbing they said if I used a credit card I would have to pay an extra $53.00, which I thought was normal practice - but I found out from neighbors the companies they used did not charge a c/c fee ! So if you are paying cash or check, no fee, so unfortunately as much as I really liked them, I will be using another plumbing company from now on...

Logan came out and was on time and very professional I would recommend him and will have him do more if I need anything done.

Noah and Guy came and fixed my master toilet quickly and professionally! They were very friendly and immediately knew what the issue was. I just moved in yesterday and they arrived on time today . There was a drainage issue and the toilet needed to be replaced; they left and picked one up and had it installed in a very short time! Highly recommend!
