Alert Plumbing Heat and Air, LLC

We have used Alert Plumbing 4 times in the past month. They installed a tankless hot water tank in our home and serviced our air conditioning units at both our home and our business. They have been on time, professional, and provided excellent service at an affordable price. I would highly recommend Alert Plumbing.

I had alert install the plumbing to my entire new house. As far as that goes, it works. As far a must water heater goes it’s been broken for over 3 weeks now and they have been beyond lackadaisical to fix it. After having them out 4 times the issues still hasn’t been resolved but gotten worse. They said the new part would be delivered to my house no later then Thursday (they told me that on a Tuesday) well it’s Monday evening and haven’t heard a word from them and no part has arrived. I would go ahead and skip this company and try one of the many many others out there. Larry the owner is no help what does ever .

Jeremy & his team do a tremendous job, are extremely knowledgeable, & helped us out in a jam! The work that Andrew & Alex provided gave us great confidence that they fixed our issues and we highly recommend their work.

David and Alex were out right away, assessed the situation, and got straight to work.
Not only were they very professional, but they were personable and friendly; never without a smile (even when several unexpected things popped up).

It always sucks to call a plumber, especially after I’ve already tried all my own tool first with no success. In those times of frustration, Alert Plumbing has always come through for us, and in a much more timely manor than the other, bigger companies. Our usual technician is Steve. He always knows just what to do, and he always has a healthy dose of tough advice for us, because he tells it like he sees it. I would never use anyone else but Steve Rose.

We will always choose Alert from now on. Definitely will request Logan. He explains everything so professional and was on time and just extremely helpful. Good job Alert and thank you Logan!!
