These guys are top notch. I’m doing a full remodel of my kitchen and master bath. House is on a slab so lots of difficult trenching and labor running lines to tub, showers, vanities, kitchen island, etc. Installed tankless water heater, gas to stove, etc, etc. there’s nothing these guys couldn’t handle. They were fast and very helpful in helping me make decisions on the fly. Had several good ideas to improve my final product. Available and responsive for questions along the way. You can tell the new ownership has this outfit running on all cylinders. Highly recommend.

I was disappointed in the work from Alert. Specifically with Steve. He repaired an outdoor plumbing leak, but a few weeks later the leak had returned and my lawn was soaked again. When I called to report it and wanted him to just take a look, he insisted that it had nothing to do with his fix and raised his voice to me on the phone saying he wouldn’t come out to double check his work without getting paid again. When I had another person come inspect the leak, I found that the piece that had been replaced by Steve was faulty and had a crack in it. I was very disappointed in not only the workmanship, but the way the situation was handled. I didn’t expect such a disrespectful reaction at the idea of coming to re-inspect his work since it had only been a few weeks since the leak was supposedly repaired. I was even more disappointed to find that there was a crack in the plumbing piece that Alert had just replaced either from poor material or over tightening when the piece was installed. I had heard positive reviews of Alert previously, but can’t continue to recommend based on my personal experience.
