Bryant was awesome! He help us push our car out of traffic this morning. He was very efficient and professional and he wasn't even on the job yet. This goes to show the type of people Alert Plumbing and Drain has working for them. They hire efficient and professional people. I will definitely consider Alert Plumbing and Drain for the next time my house has drain plubing or drain issues.

Alert Plumbing is helping us with a master bathroom remodel. They have done a great job, and are timely, knowledgeable and friendly. We have used Andrew before this, and he’s a great plumber. He can repair and install just about anything and he always responds quickly. They are all hard workers.

Water heater went out today, on a Saturday 😩 We called Alert and they were here within an hour and replaced it. Guy, the Plumber, called to let me know when he was headed my way and responded promptly to all my text questions. He was super polite and respectful. We will be using Alert for ALL our Plumbing needs.

Gas leak, my gas lines were in the slab of my home.. I wanted old lines cap off and disconnected and the whole house repipe gas lines through the Attic. First estimate company 'W` solution 'Alert"thought outside the box solution equal quality better value less time zero damage more efficient keep in mind if one situation is different mine was out of 53% savings from company "w" I thought some years back different home and situation when I used company 'W' they didn't think outside the box nor did they think outside the box years later meaning now so it's there core in their culture not to think outside the box. Hat off to Andrew and his apprentice both kept me informed walk me through the process pass me on to the next contact I needed to know with my gas reconnected thank so much.

Highly recommend! The staff members were professional, well educated on the service they were providing and on time. Additionally they gave me some helpful tips to help my Hot Water Heater to last even longer. Fair prices on top of that! Hard to beat, give them a try you will not be disappointed!

Not happy with this company

Having backed up toilets
and had a tech on my roof
running a snake to the main
line … never told me the company does guarantee
that work, which I was told
by another tech from their
company.

Spent $255 for nothing as
the problem was not solved

Then was told by the 2nd tech
who came to run a camera that
the vent has too many turns
and the camera Would not
work…: Also told me the problem is not a clogged main
line

I have had a bathroom sink drain blockage and have had several people out to look at the issue in the last few months, and the last person left a leaking pipe underneath in addition to the existing problem. Bryant from Alert came out and was fast (less than the 20 minutes he promised from the time he called til he arrived, and then less than an hour on site to fix the issue) and efficient. The issues are resolved and he advised me on the best way to avoid lasting damage due to the leak before he left. Polite and professional, I highly recommend Bryant for any plumbing issues!

Josh & Noah provided an exceptional service. They were very professional and was able to explain things in a way that I Overstock. They worked very efficiently and got the things I needed taken care of in no time. Superb Customer Service!!!!!
