He explained what he was going to do, and was very efficient and did it quickly. Checked his work and cleaned up what little mess there was. Will use them in the future.

I can't thank Torch Service company enough. This has been the BEST customer service experience I've had with ANY company regardless of industry. Shoutout specifically to David, Leslie, and Christian. This will be a long review, but I feel like they deserve the extra praise. If this is too long to read, just know that I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company. They went ABOVE & BEYOND and then some.

First off, my wife is over 8 months pregnant with our first child. Our AC stopped blowing cold air yesterday (June 13, 2022). We got home yesterday around 5pm and our house was at a cool 70 degrees. By 6pm, there was no cold air and our temp in the house was up to 83. So I submitted a few web inquiries Sunday night, and Air Comfort Solutions first called me this morning. To make a long story short, their person who called me was terrible and couldn't care less that we were living on the surface of the sun and that my wife was nearly 9 months pregnant. Anyways, I'm sure they're a good company, but customer service was sorely lacking there.

Here is where Torch really shines, and blew me away. After speaking to Air Comfort Solutions, l submitted a web inquiry to Torch. Leslie called me shortly thereafter, and pulled some strings to send out a technician asap. David arrived very quickly, and he inspected my issue. He explained that he had 26 years of experience in the industry, so I felt comfortable knowing he was an expert. He was quick to diagnose the problem, and not only did he explain the issue, he showed me in person what the issue was. That way I had an understanding of what actually was going on. He then worked up a quote in his truck, and explained some payment options and how the process would go if I decided to hire them. He was more than thorough, and was great at having some compassion for our situation. He too has kids and understood my wife needed some cool air and fast.

And without me even having to ask, he said he would reach out to their team to get me a portable AC unit until they could come do the repair. I didn't even have to ask! That's incredible customer service. David initially said they couldn't do the actual repair until Wed morning, which would've been more than fine. Again, this all happened on Monday morning, so 48 hour turnaround time is still good if you ask me.

Then just as David promised, another technician named Christian (I believe) showed up with a portable AC unit. Then after that, David calls me again to finalize the paperwork/financing for the repair and it was quick and easy. Took maybe 2 min on the phone. We have great credit so we got 0% interest for 24 months. Good to know for those that have good credit.

Still 2 things left here lol. Then Leslie calls me again and said she was able to pull some strings, and their crew will be coming out tomorrow/Tuesday morning at 6am to get the repair done. So to recap, this is a day earlier than they originally promised. She explained that she understood how bad it is for a pregnant lady to go without AC. It's clear this company understands sense of urgency and how some situations are more dire than others. Incredible.

LAST THING, then Leslie said she was sending Christian back to our house again so he could drop off a 2nd portable AC unit. When Christian arrived, I thanked him for going above and beyond and he just said basically "I knew how hot it was in your house, and knew you needed a 2nd unit ". Compassion, and attention to detail. Thank you so much.

Sorry for the long review, but this company is BEYOND AMAZING. Every business in the world could learn something from Torch. They over-delivered on everything, almost to a point to where I feel bad lol. This is great business, and I'll support this company for life. They have a customer for life.

I had a water heater leak, and an outdoor spigot problem. I called this company. They were extremely polite, came out quickly, assessed the problem and had it repaired in no time. They were professional and a pleasure to do business with. Matt and Dustin were top notch technicians. I will definitely call them again.

I had my washer run over and my kitchen sink back up at 4:00pm. I am still fairly new to the area and did not know who to call to help me. I call another company that had a 24 hr service and was told that they could not get to me until the next day at 8:00am. My next call was to Torch and my whole experience made my whole problem better. The lady that answered the phone was very sweet and understanding and told me she could get someone to me tonight. Yes, there was an after hours fee but I had water standing in my laundry room and it was worth it! My tech called and was to our home shortly after placing the call and was very professional and pleasant. He made sure everything worked properly before leaving. I will highly recommend this company for any and all plumbing needs!!!

We’ve had a funky smell off and on in our bathroom for YEARS with no luck finding the cause and other plumbers out too. Will found it! He had to cut into the wall in places but was perfect and exact on where he cut in too. I was super impressed. We would have had the entire wall out if we did that ourselves. He then found the vent pipe that had a pretty big crack in two sides of it. He was also helpful with follow up question too and his suggestion worked. No more smell and we found a go-to plumber too!! The best company we’ve ever had out as far as plumbing goes!
